If you have ample amount of time and nt have a baby u can go here.am a regular customer of fair salon and first time visited here after delivery.they told me my service will take 3 hrs and it took 5 and half hrs.the hair waahing girls werenotbat all serious and professional and did something and it spared me another hour.if u r not mother friendly u shluld put a board there.we know u r overflowing wd customers bit thats not a reason t treat customer very poorly, especially a mither who s breast feeding and told 100 times that the baby need her.staff was irresponsive neglecting my request…

Most recommended. And a reasonable price.especially Pranay the hair stylist and Sreeja for the eyebrow shaping both are 100 out of hundred. Thnku so much both.

Yesterday I got haircut and hair color it was way to my expectation. Really so satisfied about both the staffs who have done my hair cut and hair color.

I went to fair salon for my monthly hairspa that I do on a regular basis. But this time I felt to put a review as I was very much satisfied of all, I specially thank the staff Ms. Raji for her work. Her dedication deserves well appreciation.

While undertaking coloring the machine fell on my head even then irresponsible employees n management.only one or 2 of them are too good. Till then I had good experience with fair.but by this how could I expect a safe experience. So I had moved from there.

I have visited many other parlour and all most all hair cuts are expensive, But Fair they charge minimum rate for a hair cut that is less than 400+free hair wash+ they set your hair for free.

The most absurd and pathetic experience ever has. I wouldn’t comment on their services because i never got a chance to experience that. I requested for an appointment and they just said to walk in between 7: 30 am and 2 pm despite requesting for appointment. Im an expectant mother and i went there as adviced with my elderly mom for hair treatments only to see atleast 200 people lined inside and outside the salon entrance, all in waiting que. When we enquired with the receptionist all she said was there’s waiting and she doesn’t know what time we had to wait until. Considering the current pandemic and social distancing protocol, its very disappointing to say that a reputed place like fair has not taken any measures of social distancing and being a doctor myself i can assure that atleast 30 people out of that crowd would come out positive if this is how they run the firm. We stepped out immediately due to the measures observed and the staffs ignorance of encouraging customers for walks ins without keeping a limit of crowd. Utter disappointment!

I always prefer Fair first than any other Salons in Trivandrum because of:
1) cleanliness
2) customer care
3) best service in town
4) affordable rates

One of the best saloon especially for hair services. Went there for the first time two years back and from then i never went to any other saloon for hair services. Facial, pedicure is also great. Courteous, trained and pleasing staff. Worth the wait. Most important factor is it's value for money. Very reasonable rate irrespective of hair length. Today Ancy attended my hair spa and thank you soo much for the soothing and great head masaage and services

Awsome service provided by the senior hair stylist Mr. Rajeev. I did my hair cut and hair coloring here. He was very professional with it, giving me proper recommendations including those for hair care. Highly recommended!

It's good, access to men's section is a bit difficult for not just old but also for young, steep steps. Another issue is with the time management and long waiting hours.

Fair beauty salon is a nice place for hair dressing. I found that the rates are much reasonable than other salons in Trivandrum. They charged only 300 where another shop charged 550 for the same.
The staff also are friendly and very polite. They didn't take much time to do the cutting. The process is fast and has a professional touch in it.
The place is really beautiful. Especially ayu night, the lighting and the ambience is really cool.

I have been coming here since it had started as a small place in Kumarapuram. I've been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. They have been with me through a lot of various hairstyles over the years. Even when I had to move out of Thiruvananthapuram because of work, whenever I'd be back, I would come here for a haircut. All the staff here are very polite and really helpful and they cater to your needs exactly as you want it. The salon has a number of professional experts. They do our hair in a such a quick skilled way. Consulting facility is also available. Price is average and really great for the service provided. The only negative I could hardly find is the crowd. You might have to wait. But totally worth it

Had a hair cut and protein massage. Not that overpriced compared to many place. Heads up try to make a reservation before you go!

Service is good but the waiting time is a great bore. Unless you have two or more hours to spare better find another salim.
The haircuts are ok though except for the waiting period.

I spent 4 hours waiting for a simple hairwash and blowdry. During this time I must have told some 7-8 members of their staff what I need. Still they didn't pay attention and didn't do it properly. Also some staff have no idea how to be polite. If you have to wait so much time for this unprofessional attitude, it JUST ISN'T worth your time. The prices are decent though.

Good saloon and excellent work.poor reception service.waiting facility is less. Visitors sitting space is very less.high temperature. No air condition. Not even having a fan. A lED is playing without sound. No neatness. Bad smell.

My favourite saloon. We can get proffessionals with a small amount of money. Most of them are from north east. They dont speak malayalam. They know hindi and english. If ur a vegan dont eat the puffs they provide. They have beutiful pedicure manicure area. Good service. It will be non veg.
