Staff is not freindly and coperative, along with incorrect orders and disrespectful behavior.

Bad service, not once, continous three days, especially the person who is managing cash counter.will not survive in kannur if this is the way he is behaving with customers

Felt like very Less Quantity for the higher Price being charged compared to the other 'Non Franchisee/ Not branded' Ice Cream shops in Kannur.
The taste was okay while the decor of the place is attractive and well light for good photos.
Overall if you are not concerned about the weight of your wallet nor is bothered about filling your tummy the place is yours to explore!

Amazing space with variety of delicious icecreams. Different areas has different seating and overall the space has a positive vibe.i have tried all their signature dishes and absolutely love them. The presentation and service is to notch. I will definitely come back to this shop soon.

We visited this place during our visit in Kannur, we try crunchy chocolate and special falooda, not a any speciality in this place, cost is higher side, not a worth of money,

Good ambience and place to chill. Lots of falloda varieties and ice creams. Street parking and can be difficult to get one.

Parking space is an issue. High chairs available for kids. Wide varieties of faloodas available

Nonsense service! Don’t know how to communicate! We 3 went and placed 3 different orders. First 2 came immediately and the last one never came. Waited for 20 minutes but no one informed about the delay. Finally decided to pay the bill, then they came with the falooda we ordered.

The quality of ice cream is really good. However their falooda is not working for me. Maybe it is the lack of nuts and crunchy elements that i am used to in local falooda for a long time. They use a waxy component instead of nuts and that is a big turn off. Hope they do something about it.

There are high chairs available for kids.
It can easily get crowded during the weekend and also parking outside can be chaotic.

I had tried falooda zilla n sizzling brownie.both are worst.i wont put this one star but no option otherthan this.i had seen many review but baad experience from kannur outlet.the ice cream served by u guys are low quality.i wont try again and reference anyone

Visited at peak time and majority of the seats were filled.
Ordered 5 varities and surprisingly the waiting time was just a few minutes. Kudos to the excellent service

Wide variety of choices are available here and infact confuses you to make a decision. Taste wise okay but quantity wise mediocre.

Superb taste. Crowded on Sundays. Courteous staff. Can bring in more varieties and a personal request for making Sitafal available at all times.

Ice creams are good, met normal standard, but to improve hospitality, no greetings or welcoming, remember old days the person sit on cashier believe he don't need to bother customers only cash.

Had great expectations about this place. We ordered mixed fruit falooda and they served us a falooda with only pineapple. The sitaphal falooda was also not worth the hype. Overall had an average experience. The ambience is very good but the icecreams are not worth the price.

1). Clean and Tasty, place for ice cream lovers
2) Parking space is a concern, for bikers it is fine
3). Not recommended for persons on wheelchair
4). Crowded and noisy atmosphere, good for a quick gulp?

Falooda Nation is one of the best Ice Cream parlours in Kannur.
Their colourful theme creates a positive environment.
We ordered death by chocolate, and Mumbai Dry Fruits falooda, They were all awesome.

A lot of verities are available to choose from but mostly everything tastes same just the name will be different and few items will be more or less in every verity.and they fo false advertising by putting photos of items in the menu card and when you order that item it will be not like what you saw in pic

Clean and spacious. Falooda is just normal, nothing extraordinary about it. But the ambience is relaxing and peaceful.

Had tender coconut falooda and special fruit salad. Really liked both. They could really bring out the subtle tender coconut flavour in the falooda.

Best place for faloodas in kannur.the interior is the second thing that takes attention. Definitely try it out

The perfume inside was excruciating to my nose. It would be way better if you use a less intense smoothening perfume
