Very good product. Thank you. Is there a way to buy the product online and is there home delivery?

I have tried their Iddli today and it was as good and soft as I eat from home. Very good. Preparation and packing looks very hygine.

Yesterday suddenly, we had arranged a family get together.we planned to purchase batter from nearest supermarket. Usually we purchase a different batter, but yesterday we bought farm to dine.

Pros:
1. Quantity higher comparative to other batter.
2. Good Smell and quality
3. Fluffy for Idly and we can dilute for Dosa.which we can make high no’s when comparative to others.

I personally recommend this batter in every house

Your ready to eat iddli is super tasty… I wasn’t able to cook the same day when I bought it, I kept in freezer and left … almost a week in freezer, yesterday we kept outside maybe an hour… we cooked almost 5 minutes…

The best readymade Idli & batter ever. Highly recommended to all. Gives the exact taste of home made batter. Soft, fluffy and yummy.

My initial experience was disappointing as the batter looked nothing like the traditional stuff: it was way too thin and totally unsuitable for both Idlis and Dosas (which looked more like "Appams"). Further to this, I emailed a complaint. I was very happy to note a positive response by way of a face to face meeting at my residence with company representatives Soni and Binoy where we went through the issue and had a good chat. The team was kind enough to let me have 2 packs (different UB dates) of the product free of charge since they were so confident of the quality. Turns out, they were right to be so confident. Both were of good quality, although it would be better slightly thicker (less water in the batter). I have bought a number of packs since then with no further issues (that specific one must have been an isolated case). If you follow the on-pack instructions and add water prior to making Dosas, it is unlikely to come out perfect because the batter already contains sufficient water.

I really appreciate the time taken by the company representatives to see me in person to explain their perspective. I wish them all the best in their endeavours. Thank you.
