I had a pleasant experience at fashion factory. Wassim was my personal attendant. I am really happy with the service. His suggestion to highlight my hair was just what I wanted but din had the nerve to. I did a hair cut and highlight.

Had an emergency to visit this salon. They have a neat clean environment. Good skilled technicians. But what they lack is in customer service. They don’t have any qualms in billing for the bad service. AC doesn’t work. No water in the tap. Till I called the owner and asked they were even not aware of it. That’s not service to any customer. When you are ready to pay the price what one wants is the SERVICE for that money. So my point is owners should make sure about the service if they want a successful business.

Have done my hair colouring. Mr Waseem had done it very much professionally and gave me some tips for caring my hair. Thanku Mr Waseem!

I did haircut and eyebrows from this place. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I was soo happy with my haircut (ask for Mr Wasim, hair stylist) He asked specifically for how I wanted my hair done. Made sure I was satisfied with the end product. Very friendly and very skilled. The price is very reasonable as well (It cost me Rs. 600/-, might vary with the style you are choosing I think). Overall a really good place.

The service is very bad. Even if we take appointment they will make us wait for hours. Also it is very much over priced.

Visited this shop to purchase a choker/necklace piece. Have travelled more than 6 to 7 km just to visit this shop. When enquired, the staff asked me to see the displayed items from outside the shop and were hesitant to let me have a look by entering the shop. I don't know what sort of customer service you people are offering. Have never come across such a behaviour anywhere else not even in gold jewellery shops. Seriously pathetic behaviour.

Very bad experience.
I went to maintain my hair.
One of the workers came and enquired my need. I asked him to shorten my hair since the last session was 3 month back. He agreed and started cutting. I asked him whether he knows that style. He said yes but started cutting 1/2 centimeter of my hair. I again said him cut little more because it's been 3 months. And I showed him an image of my hairstyle I had. He was very sure about what he is doing. Atleast he look like he knew. He took a trimmer.
I said him don't trim right side of my hair. Before even I am thinking a part of my right side hair was gone.
Now I look like a boy!

A good place for your grooming needs. Most of the employees are from north and north east. They are really the best people for this. Can trust them eyes closed.

They keep changing the barbers, each time i go i get a different inexperienced barber. And this place is definitely not worth 250rs, fair salon is much better and only costs 150rs

Hair cut + Beard trimming will be costing 450rps. I don't think that's a fair price for the work they are doing but anyhow Sujith guy done a good work for me, suggested a better way of style so I prefer to a give a 5 star rating for him.

There are only barbers there.there is no hair stylists.juz random people who juz cut the hair, doesnt even know when to stop cutting the hair.and call themself as the stylists. Better find some good places

Good place for hair cut. Renu and Rupa are good hair specialist here. They will never encourage to make our hair short. They support to do hair cuts only that suits our face.

Attentive and skilled staffs. (Only language is a barrier for me), safe for pockets. Tidy place and easily accessible.

Beware! These guys train new employees with your hair. They are not bothered about customers. I went there yesterday for the first and last time.

My friend did keratin treatment here and the hair became yellowish. They used low quality products and did not know what exactly they were doing and tried to justify themselves. And did not even apologize. Very inefficient service and an arrogant management.

You need to know few Hindi words as majority of the staff are from North India.

The staffs and hospitality is almost good. But some staffs are not upto the mark. This problem started about 1 yr back. All other things are good

There are no malayalies there by still.if u could communicate right u could get the best haircut

Been a customer for the past 5 years but regretted as the guy who attended to me this time clearly had no clue about colors when he did the highlighting, told me that i can do a black color to restore the damage he did.

Please train staff properly so that they know what color comes out when colored.
