Fashion factory is in MG Road Thrissur city. You would get parking inside premises and many brands are available in this store. It’s better to wait for their frequent offers such as ‘buy one get two’ or ‘buy two get three’ offers.
Otherwise it’s not worthy for their pricing.

Great collections. Good service. Found some defective pieces and made me think that it is the reason why there is discounts.

Good place to get cloths in less price.

The staff at the shop were unhelpful in finding specific items and simply claimed they were unavailable, even though they were actually in stock.

Great place to get branded clothing for less price and the store offers a wide variety of collections for men, women and kids. They also got a accessories section including backpacks and travel items. The place usually have sales with great offers and is highly recommended for everyone traveling abroad or shopping in bulk for any event.

This place is ok for those who want to get good quality clothes at very cheap rates. Apparel for less. All major brands are available in Brand factory at very discount rates. Ample parking space is available. The only problem is some times they wnt put the A/C in their showrooms and it can get very hot inside. Difficult to understand the offers and calculations. I did not see any lady staff there. That's the main problem there.

Best brands at affordable price tag. Good offers available around the year. Check for the manufacturing date while selection.

It used to be a great place for all types of clothes and footwear. But now the variety has drastically reduced. Not many people prefer to go here. However there is still a large collection of clothes and other garments.

Not bad for a quick shopping. Pricing was reasonable. Only issue was there was no staff to attend, may be due to current times. Overall, satisfactory.

Unbelievable and overwhelming collections. Their combo offers might be deceiving to make you buy more. Stick to your plan.

There is no profit as all expected.i also went by a suggestion, but the pricing was really disappointed. Even trends have better price and offers.

Very good collection. Better for casual wears than formal. Ground floor is dedicated to ladies and kids. 1st floor for men and footwear's. Have purchased 3 shoes with very good offers. Highly recommended

Whatever the coupon they gives its just waste as the things which we need wont be in that list of brands mentioned in coupon.
Letmme explain the scenerio
1. "If you buy things for 4k you ill only need to pay 1500 rs"
This is hw they give coupon to us but in actual the thing is
"If you buy things for 4k which SHOULD BE IN DISCOUNT LESS THAN 51% then you uill hav to pay 1500"
Funny thing is you cant opt tht coupon at that time and when you try to use that time that discount things wont be there offers at that time will be ' Buy 2 get 3' and they will say discount items arent there nd blahh blah.

So dont buy more when they say if you buy more you will get coupon.cz that coupon is just waste.

My experience is based on 2 places trivandrum and thrissur.
Trivandrum brand factory gave me coupon saying if you buy for 4k you ill only hav to pay 1500 i asked again and they said same and asked whether I could redeem this coupon in thrissur qnd they said i could redeem the coupon in thrissur.
And when i asked in thrissur brand factory they didnt allowed at first to redeem the coupon which i got from trivandrum.
Later after some arguments and all.they replaced my 4k coupon with 3k coupon saying they cant give that offer which trivandrum brand factory offered.

So what should i say?

Very pathetic staffs. Can't get details of the offer properly. In men's section went to shop and get details of an offer. 4 staffs were present but none of them was even bothered to care to guide me. Mentioned offer as buy 2 get 40%. But only 30% came while billing. When asked they are saying due to difference in manufacturing date offer differs it seems. First time am hearing such a stupid statement. Anyway if anyone is going to Thrissur brand factory please take dress by your own and don't depend on staffs, they are least bothered about serving customers there.

Really had Good Experience at this shop. Excellent collection from famous brands. Good customer service. Car parking available.

Have decent collection, but non enthusiastic staffs make it worse. Most of the staffs donot know the sections and other details and also additional item was added in my bill, If I hadn't noticed it, i would have been made to pay thar too.
Trails rooms door doesn't close in some cases.

Loved it. Huge collections from major brands available, wide range of offers too were available round the year. Salespersons were very helpful while explaining offers. Ground floor dedicated to ladies and kids and upper floor for gents. Casual wear collection more impressive compared to formal wears. Parking space available underground. Will be better to have more than one person to shop with, so as to use the offers effectively.

Good, but also had to improve their collections all dresses for mens are like dead clothes i did't find any good shirts or jeans there. I think they are doing this cause they are providing discount sale for 365 days

When iwent there there was an offer of buy 3 and get 2 and we choosed the clothes and when we reached the billing then they said to change one drees and should take another, we took from the same brand. Lost of time

Brandfactory Thrissur has good collection all staffs behaved well, executive Jayesh was excellent, he helped us very well, I will give him full mark in customer support. If you are visiting here for the first time, you may turn mad on two counts. 1. On the first floor you will see at least 50 truck loads of clothes 2. The sales boys can't be seen anywhere in your vicinity. Prices are rather ok. But make sure your selection is not 5-6 yrs old or with a torn button. Price wise it is an eye opener. I really felt guilty for the exorbitant prices i had so far paid for these fashion brands. Also you may select an item seeing 50% off or 40% off, but at the cash counter they declare the offer is just over and you will get only 25% discount. A lot many stuff are misplaced too. And you wont find brands like COLOR PLUS, VAN HEUSEN, LOUIS PHILIPPE. Most of the stuff have buy one get one offer.
