Small outlet of Fastrack. But almost all models of Fastrack watches and sunglasses available. Good customer service and support.

Excellent Store, Promising Staff, Caring Attitude - These three adjectives are perfect to describe this store.
I have had quite soothing experience at this store. I bought a smartwatch from this store, but due to some technical problems the watch became defunctional within a few days (though rare with fastrack, but happens sometimes). I visited the store and sought a solution. They examined my watch and found it 'not repairable', hence promised me to give a replacement. They took up my case on the top priority and kept their promise by replacing the watch within a week or so. What I admire the most was - their caring attitude, and their will to serve the clients. Given such an attitude, I am pretty sure that the store will scale further higher heights in the coming years.
That was something about my experience, now let me give my assessment about the store:
Pros (Not limited to) :
1. Collection of watches is promising.
2. Lighting and ambiance of the store is superb.
3. The staff on duty are pleasant.
4. Also, the staff has positive attitude towards the clients.
5. Pricing of the watches are very well comparable with the online stores.
Cons (Just in my view) :
1. The display desk for showing the watches to clients can be still better and more spacious.
2. The store lacks attractive posters and offers to attrack the customers. The marketing team must place "OFFER OF THE WEEK", "SPECIAL DISCOUNT", "FESTIVAL BONANZA" kind of hoardings to showcase best available watches.
3. Number of stools (or chairs) for the customers are very limited. This can be improved.
4. The store can definitely have a LED TV (or a display screen), wherein the advertisement of fastrack watches can be kept on a loop.
5. On an advance level, the Fastrack/Titan can think of providing attractive discount coupons by joining hands with othe retail stores (such as Hypermarket), where the buyer (say above Rs, 5,000/-) can be given 2-5% flat discount coupons (Limited to a maximum amount) for Hypermarket, and vice versa. Probably, the Hypermarket can come up with a similar scheme by providing Fastrack discount coupons (Just an over-ambitious approach, but can be worked out).
All said and done,
I have abolustley no hesitation in giving five out of five starts to the Fastrack Retain Store of Lulu.
I wish them best of luck in all their future endevours.

Bought Fastrack reflex play+ from here. Staffs are really friendly and well explained about the products.
