The store is well stocked. Has different types of good quality essential baby needs. Starting from matress, towels, wipes dresses to toys and other interesting things all that can attract young toddlers. There is sufficient parking facility. I had purchased the rocking chair/horse ride toy, worth 2k.found rate a bit on the higher side, but hope itll last long enough.

As expected from First cry the shop offers good options in toys across all price ranges. But what stood out for me was the service provided. They staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Never did they push for me to buy costly items, which is a refreshing change from most places! Another thing which I appreciated is that when we entered wearing masks they immediately wore masks which is needed as people visit the shop with infants or are visiting infants. I will definitely be back for more shopping.

Im so happy to draft this command, I have made my visit to Fristcry kaloor last day to check on the collection of dresses for my niece and I was actually mean to take a floor walk, but what i get from the store was so appreciated. One of the staff named Faisal and Aravind was so good in service and they spend there time with me in explaining every new options available there.

We have visited your store on Sunday 6th Nov. So when I went there, a staff of yours said that shop is under renovation and will be opening by Wednesday (9th Nov) only. So as per the information from your staff we have visited again on Wednesday and we can see all the things are in place and billing section is also live. We have waited there almost ten minutes and one staff came and said shop will be opening tomorrow only! Above all we didn't see any notice or banner saying that shop is under renovation (it is one of the basic thing every shop do these days, even a small tea stall!). So do we need to check Google each time before we visit the First cry store? Or do we need to trust what your authorized staff says?

So please be noted that customers never blindly put one star rating. There will be reason behind it. Please accept if you think there need some corrections. Or if you people think you are the top brand and this is what we do attitude, proceed with that. No worries. Thank you.

Very bad customer service. Went back with the bill for a replacement due to a defect in the product, the sales woman claimed a full quality check was done despite not including the cap that came with the outfit. There were no other party outfits for the age and the alternative provided by the sales woman is to buy toys worth that amount. Finally they ordered same product from first cry online with discount - but we have to pay the full amount to the store - and asked us to come later to collect it.

Thankyou firstcry kaloor for your exceptional service, especially Tom Joseph. I'm leaving outside India and wanted to send a birthday gift to my niece. I wanted to club dresses and toys together in a large box wrapped beautifully. Firstcry made this possible and they even helped me to buy chocolate from a different shop as it was not available with them and kept it together. I usually don't write reviews or comments but i want to write this review because i hope it will be very helpful for people like me to send gift to their loved one.
