Multiple choices of daily wears are there but price is not in affordable range.dress gifting and toy gifting selection are very bad, it's priced high compared to others.

Excellent store firstcry pookunnam. All the necessary products such as bouncer chairs, walkers, big toys of branded companies with good quality & warranty are available here. The store manger and staff at the store are very polite and helpful.

Customer service is very poor. They don't exchange the products even unused and packed as it as. I have faced a very bad situation from the shop when I tried to exchange a gear gun which was bought 1 hour back from the shop.

We had a very bad experience. They charged high price and some products don't give price tag. Staffs behaviour are poor. Iam not recommended this shop.

Disappointed with shop. Bought a dress and a toy for my toddler. They charged us very high prices, which I couldn't justify anyway. We also went to Kalyan Silks right after visiting this shop and found a better collection at a much cheaper price (lower by 800rupees) for dress. The toys were cheaper, too. Some of the items were damaged or in poor condition. For instance, we felt some clothes were a bit dirty or used.

The staff didn't give us enough freedom to look and choose. They kept asking and suggesting stuff to buy.

Nice store for all the needs of children. Its situated on the busy Punkunnam West fort road but has a decent car parking area in the front. There is a wide selection of products for kids of all ages. Staff are very friendly and will step in to help anytime.

Please don't consider first cry. Tricky plans and offer, so be careful if you are planning to take their club membership card. It is a complete fraud service.

You have to pay 999/- for one year plan and to utilize 999/- you need to purchase for an amount of 30000/- approx. Regular offer cannot be claimed with the monthly offer coupon.

Monthly coupon in membership card is not benefit according to my experience.

I would recommend "relief medicals" and "Kans" In place of first cry.

Only rich people could purchase from there.that much costly was every things.even baby jablas were cost 1000 rs for 3 pieces.but not much qualified products.not worth the cost. I think they are saling products which are accumulated during the corona periods. I bought baby hug powder puff which was completely tapped.ant not allowed me to open and check.and I bought it.but which the puff is completely spinned of from the sponge and damaged. I felt very sad.because we paid that much to them for the particular product.

So be careful before purchasing.

A great shop for all things baby-related. The assortment of products is quite good an comparable to what's offer on the Firstcry website. The staff are courteous. There's a decent parking area available as well.

Poor service, owner think he is above first cry and dont give bill for products we purchase. They either give a paper bill and collect mrp of the product while the website shows a discount. When i said i wud complaint he denied and shouted at me. Such a looser customer service.

May deny the discounts, may deny bills if u question. May give written bill in some paper slip. May even shout at you if u ask dem for any of the above. Rouge shop where u will be considered as a customer only if u buy for thousands of rupees and if u are an avg middle class family, dey don't even like to show the product to you. The store is nice. However, the sales people are not. Last two times I have been there, they were too pushy to make me buy more things.

The cashier was billing things slowly to help the salesperson to do more pushing. Because of this behavior, they were not able to help all the customers. Instead they were staying with the customers they got and were pushing them to buy more things.

Product prices are not displayed. The sales people only show higher priced products.

This is a kids store but they don't provide a diaper changing station or room for their customers. There is no drinking water facility as well.

4-5 cars can park in front of the store. There is no drinking water.

Very bad experience, poor customer service. U ask price of a few items and they are not interested if u Don purchase. All items higher priced than website. Online delivers in two days. So if Der r two days in hand, always better to be buy online

Very bad service.worst service ever i got from any first cry showroom.staff doesn't know where the products are and they are making us move here and there in search of product. And telling us 12-18 m size hard cloth will be better than soft cloth for an 9m old baby.other staffs are simply standing there like watching some movie.worst service
