well maintained. Very impressed with the dedication and professionalism of the team. They have excellent quality equipments and are all maintained at high quality. It's very spacious with substantial free weights and cardio areas, clean and modern. The staff is helpful and always on hand.

Based in Alleppey last few years I been in many gyms now residing in vyttila here also I tried many gyms.one of my friend recommended Fit&Met when I been there all my expectations with previous experience were changed I found very peaceful ambience and friendly people.and I came to know they are only the people who got certified accreditation.a nice place to work out and very peaceful ambience with plenty of machines and good trainers who trained according to your age and health.simply I can recommend to anyone.
