Amazing facility, very good ambiance, spacious with state of art equipments. The Gym has a good number of trainers they will individualise your needs. My personal trainer is Mr Arjun, he is a very good trainer, he will ensure my workout schedule meticulously. He has very good attitude and will get along with others very easily. He knows how to bring out the best from you without injuries. He is an asset to the Fitness 4 Ever gym, Kakkanad and also to the clients like me. I have been a member of F4E for the last 5 years. The gym is well equipped and very hygienic. All the trainers are very professional and always helps and motivates us to achieve our goals.

I have started going to Fitness 4 ever since October 2022. Very good equipment, very good physical instructors, regular physical assessment of the body, good circuit training, weights and cardio training. This gym has completed 13 yrs in Kakkanad.

Great service by all the trainers, especially the personal trainer Praveen who is well aware of the in and out things in the fitness field. He is very dedicated and exceeds my expectations for the past 5 years. The front office staffs are very friendly and helpful. They take care of the customers very well.

It's a good gym. They equipments are of good quality. They provide highly qualified trainers. They charge a bit on higher side but then quality does not for free.

I have been trained by unni of padamughal centre. Very sincere and gives special attention during the training sessions. In the last nearly 3 months the results are very good and I am really satisfied. He is an asset to your organisation

It's a very comfortable gym. The trainers are great and the equipment is good too. However, the monthly fees at 2700 during the first month and 2000 per month from then seems excessive. (Rates written as on August 2022)
