Really unexpected such a premium gym with top quality equipments in a rural area.we came for a short visit in varkala beach and found this gym through Google and surprised after visiting the gym. Equipments are really good and cleanliness is a plus point.
Affordable fee and really enjoyed working out with fitness protocols.surely will suggest everyone looking for a premium gym in varkala.

I have visited 3 to 4gyms around varkala but was not satisfied because the equipments were not in good condition and very old and rusted. The first thing I noticed with fitness protocols is their quality of equipments all imported hence shows the quality. The staff truly is awesome people, always wearing a smile and being positive. The gym had a decent-sized facility with a variety of exercise equipment, including cardio machines, weight lifting equipment, and a designated area for group classes. The equipment was well-maintained and appeared to be in good condition.

The staff at the gym were friendly and approachable. They were available to assist with any questions or concerns and were generally attentive to the needs of the members, I had a satisfactory experience during my visit to the gym and would consider returning in the future.

Excellent body building equipments with well experienced trainers. I was having one week visit in varkala and i was having my workout here, the trainers were supportive and they were having an eye on every members to those who were doing wrong. Gym was also well clean

Going to the gym has been something which many people, including myself, have always said they want to do for a variety of reasons, from mental health reasons to just overall body fitness to include a few. I’ve wanted to go to the gym for similar reasons also, so I decided earlier this year to start going.

I started going with two of my close friends I have known since school after realising we could get it cheaper through a student discount (always helpful!) in March. We would all go together once or twice a week then usually go on our own the other times we decide to go to do our own stuff.

At the beginning I was kind of nervous as I had always thought of the gym as a scary, intimidating place, this being one of the main reasons I had put off going for so long. I had thought every person there would have arms bigger than the hulk and legs the size of tree trunks, but I was wrong. There were people with big muscles of course but also people who looked just like me, you and everyone else in the world. There was something quite nice about people having different goals with some looking to gain muscle and bulk up to people looking to lose weight, but everyone was there to do one thing: better themselves. I found it quite inspiring really. Another surprise was that people weren’t that judgemental. People don’t really stare at you everyone’s just doing their own thing in my experience not really caring what anyone else is doing, which was something I was scared about.

One of the best gym around Varkala. I joined the gym around 3 months back. My requirement was to reduce my cholesterol level and to be fit. The trainers understand my requirement and created a workout plan. I would say I am surprised to see the results in one and half months.
