Don't book through via MakeMyTrip. Just use OYO. Hotel is good. But I have to pay extra 360Rs since I booked via MakeMyTrip.

Pros:
* Very near to Ernakulam South railway station
* Helpful staff

Cons:
* Rooms have tiny space for a single adult.
* No Wifi
* No breakfast option

Booking in makemytrip was cheaper than Oyo app.

If u want a hotel near ernakulam South railway station, this is best. One disadvantage is room is very small. If u plan for whole day tour and just to sleep in the room, then it's fine.

Hotel staff keep harass customers booked from Oyo. Regardless of prepaid amount to Oyo hotel staff denied checkin and insisted on paying extra amount.
This hotel have hidden fees and taxes. Beware and stay away from this hotel.

When I had checking they told me the price is extra but in oyo app I booked it was showing me 800 round but they taking 500 extra and giving fullish suggestions it was patatic service and never recommended to oyo

Please don't book this hotel via OYO because as per my pre-bookings only at 790 but the hotel management has not given any room with this amount. So I pay 1000 Rs via Gpay but till now they have not given any bill recipe. The room was not clean AC was useless and full of dust. Please don't book this hotel. I call OYO helpline numbers but no positive response.

Had a good experience at saligram residency.however, I expected linen to be little more clean

Very bad experience, do not recommend. We arrived here at 12am from the train station, we were met with staff saying ‘no foreigners’ as soon as we arrived - despite agreeing beforehand our arrival time and room confirmation. Staff would not let us stay here due to not having the right paperwork for foreign visitors (despite other hotels in the area saying this paperwork was not needed). We were turned away at 12am and forced to knock on hotel doors looking for somewhere else to stay. Staff were unapologetic, and did not help us find somewhere else to stay. We were left in a dangerous and scary position not having a room in the middle of the night due to this hotel.
Do not stay here, especially as a tourist.

We stayed here for more than a month. Pavanan and Rakesh both of them were very helping. Reception guys are well behaved and helpful too. 100% value for money. For ladies single stay also very comfortable and safe.

Very bad.never go there guys.they are asking more money than booking price.the reception guy asking extra money to all the customers.dont tolerate this again.

Guys please stay away from this property if your booking amount is less than 800 hundred rupees they won't allow you to check in they have asked extra 200 rupees be aware and stay away pathetic experience

Never book this hotel. I had a booking through Oyo last week and when I reached the hotel, I could see that there is no wifi or in-house restaurant as mentioned in Oyo description also there were used masks in the room. My experience was totally negative and if you are going with family please avoid this.

Staffs are arrogant, Oyo is irresponsible and not ready to take feedbacks. It was a horrible experience

Room with minimal amenities.neat floor but linen was dirty.bathroom was having a foul smell throughout the stay.tv is not facing the bed so we need to turn slightly to the wall where it is fixed.

Rooms are little crammpy no wifi as advertised week connected to the station good cleanliness

Fully dust and not clean, bathroom flush also not working. Dear OYO pls cross check the hotel management system.

Rooms are like cages.very small rooms with less facilities.the location is just behind the south railway station.

Near Ernakulam South Railway station. Easy access and neatly maintained rooms at affordable prices.
