Keep twice the money in your pocket oyo has offered. Especially at night. They knew the customer didn't have any other option. They will convince you with a series of made-up stories. Once you try to question them, they blame the oyo app for everything.

We booked a room on oyo.they denied access just because of.booking in offer price.we are forced to cancel the prepaid booking.and no money refund.we just loose the money the hotel staff or Oyo doesn't help on this.bad experience from Oyo and hotel.they making the customer fool.

Hotel refused to take my booking. So I had to cancel.he told that hotel owners are denying check in since oyo is not paying crores of rupees of hotel owners in India. Money got wasted so This is listen for all travelers to be aware while booking oyo hotels otherwise they may have to spend night on road. Oyo is not even refunding 50%for oyos fault. Never book it please. I can't give negative rating it's the worst.

In my room there were no usable charging port / plug.
The only plug usabe was tv's.

Bedsheets are very old and not cleaned. Ac is not working properly. No power backup and small Room size. Bt Toilets are well maintained. All overall its not good. Have a good hotel near this hotel.

We were stayed for 4 days.
First day, we were insisted to stay other room not we booked in advance.

The room size was small, and the condition was just ok. TV was not paid to watch any channel.

Second day, moved to proper booked room. There conditions was good.

Parking space is available for two wheeler and car.

9 reasons not to choose this place

1. The staff are all rude and behave like goons.
2. Room wasn't clean.
3. Narrow rooms and toilets.
4. A/c didn't work properly.
5. The toilet is full of mosquitoes. (There is not much in the room but there are a few)
6. The food will have to be ordered out or eaten out. (There is no guarantee that the food you ordered will reach you. If a hartal comes suddenly, you will starve to death)
7. An unfair approach to the money you spend.
8. Hotel internal phone system didn't work properly.
9. That ninth reason that didn't catch my eyes is waiting there for you. You can add here. Enjoy!

Perfect for a budget hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are clean and comfy. Calm and peaceful ambience adds to a satisfactory experience.

The manager is behaving vere bad for the price it's not good. In oyo apk it's show free food it is totally fake no food at all. For buying food we need to go out for buying

The room and facilities were ok. Even during the COVID-19, its good to know such open institutions for people traveling for personal emergencies.

5344 hotel oasis Trivandrum The rooms are spacious and very beautifully laid out. The rooms are very well-maintained. Some interiors of this place have funky illustrations which add to the visual appeal of the place.
Location-The place is located in Thampanoor, Thiruvananthapuram, Trivandrum, Kerela.
Amenities-There are rooms with beds along with an attached bathroom, TV, AC and buzzer/doorbell. Other extended facilities at this place are complimentary breakfast, an in-house restaurant, electrical kettle, microwave, daily housekeeping, 24X7 check-in, CCTV cameras, parking facility, power backup, free wifi and reception. Set on a leafy side street, this straightforward budget hotel is a kilometre from the Thiruvananthapuram Zoo, 2 km from Kerala Science and Technology Museum, and 6 km from Trivandrum International Airport.

Only problem is timing is check in and check out
1200 when I take room from 6am to 11am

Its a nice hotel for a budget stay. Rooms and washrooms are clean and staff is extremely courteous. They are providing delicious breakfast too.its ok for us & small bottle of water as complimentary. Hotel manager & front desk staffs are so responsible in their duties.

The only hotel you should avoid in the town. Small rooms charged at 2000/-, not clean, they just flip the bedsheets and pillows instead changing into new ones. No new towels, you need to ask everything from A to Z for anything in the room.
