Stay for 2D1N, the staff are nice and the rooms were clean and best. The location is also on the main road and exactly in Kuttyadi town. Will surely recommend to anyone planning to go here. Mane sure to book it in advance in case of weekend stays. Online prices are cheaper at least by 1k.

Staying since 7 days. Excellent location, clean and spacious rooms, good hospitality, tasty food, affordable price with complimentary breakfast.
Only thing no Lift, we have to use steps.

Park residency good spend time there is good clean room. Car parking facility is available. Conference hall facility available. Staff service is good and fast. Bar is available to drink need not to go outside. Food is excellent.

This place is serene! Just soo beautiful and peaceful.

The food is good. The staff are polite. Everything was amazing. Great place to hangout with friends. It was nice experience over here, I like the ambience, music if you are tired of your hectic and busy schedule must visit here for little enjoyment. Perfect cozy place for drink and food.awesome starters to match with drinks.

It's situated near the city centre. So very convenient. Neat and clean rooms. Parking is available. The only con is that there's no life.

Good room, but really poor service. No lift even to go to our room in second floor. And poor breakfast. Cannot even compare to a 3 star hotel. And after booking room for three, they put a bed on the floor to sleep.very bad experience

We stayed here for a night and below are my observations.

Pros.
1. Location of the hote is near to city centre and even though near City centre it's so quiet.
2. Parking is available but shared with the bar customers.
3. Wifi here is very good and fast.
4. Rooms and toilets are neat and clean.

Cons.
1. Reception staff is not available at the desk most of the time, you will have to dial their mobile numbers for something.
2. There are no lift in the hotel and you will have to take all your luggage via staircase.
3. Breakfast and room service are not available until 8am.
4. Bill was provided for only one room even though we booked 3 rooms.
5. Breakfast options are limited, only dosa and poori was available.
6.since the hotel is shared with a Bar in the ground floor, if you are traveling with ladies, you will have to go through the prying eyes of the drunkards.
7. Every time you switch on the tv, their hotel advertisement comes up and keeps on playing until you change it in remote which is very frustrating.

Hotel management is not giving good service and they dnt take order properly. I called to reception and I order food and they say to call restaurant and called restaurant and they will say you call to reception veryyy bad service.

Good, clean, excellent room, with good service and quality food…friendly behaviour from staffs.

Once they have a program in their hall they wont allow u to sleep even in the midnight. Such unprofessional behaviour.

Worst experience from a “three star” hotel!

Booked room was not available even after confirmation one day prior. No apology. Had to stand in rain as guard won't open the gate. My in-laws are old and we had to take them away late in the night due to non availability of booked room. Pathetic service, pathetic response. Reception staff was sleeping on couch and won't wake up even after guard tried multiple times.

Average. Rooms were okay. Door chain lock was damaged. Hot water was not at all hot.
Staff should have behaved a Little softer.
Not recommended for families as its a Bar Hotel. I felt a bit insecure with family because of too many bar visitors.

Very bad service. They will kill your time for no reason. Although the amenities and ambience are good the staff management is very poor. Food is average. Ask the details of food before you order. You might not get what you want. Only one restaurant with bar in town.

Hotel park residency is the biggest hotel located in kuttiady town area.and its also a 3 star hotel with a high quality fecilities. The hotel is located very near to kuttiady river and the window view is to the beauty of kuttiady river.it also have a favourable price for rooms here.

This is the only one hotel available in this area/Town. There is no professionalism for the staff. Delayed unprofessional service especially in Restaurant/Bar.

Best hotel in Kuttiadi. They are having ac non ac rooms family restaurant bar and banquet hall. Good ambience and nice service

I was in here for for a group meetings and it was a good place around khichdi you can sit together and talk or meet groups company presentations young meetings you can do like this kind of activities
