Flamingo Inn,Opp.Infosys Campus, N.H.Bypass,Trivandrum.

Walkable distance to Infosys and UST situated in a very hot area i would say. Great place to stay with my family and enjoyed their services quite well. Respectfull staffs and services. Also i want to mension their brekfast, which was served so preffosionly and well maintained hygene as well. Thankyou team Flamigo Inn.

Right now there is a lot of construction going on in the hotel, so i can advice not to book this hotel for now. But overall hotel is good, staff are very polite and well trained, rooms were properly cleaned, breakfast options were tad enough, nothing to complaint about. I am sure once the construction is over, it will be a great executive hotel.

I booked a room at this hotel and was able to check in early due to renovation. I had booked a room with breakfast, which they said was a buffet. However, there were only a few items available at the buffet, and the food was good. When I entered the room, I could hear a lot of noise from the renovation. I requested for a different room, but the new room was smaller than the one I had booked. I was satisfied that the noise from the renovation was not audible in the new room. Overall, my stay was okay, but it would have been better if I had booked the room directly with the hotel. The rate would have been lower.

I had quite a horrible experience here. The rooms are okay but they don’t allow outside food. The restaurant have minimal options. Room cleaning is not done daily until we call them and ask them to clean it. One good benefit is, they allow us to check in round the clock. Service can be improved.

Food, cleanliness and staff are good. Ac, facilities and view from room are bad. There is no fan in the room and ac system is pretty complicated and unreliable.

HORROBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE HOTEL AND THE TEAM.
I had a stay at this hotel for my vacation at trivandrum. We were 7 people and booked 3 rooms. Horrible hospitality, and when complained they said that the hotel was under renovation. Even simple breakfast items like idli tasted bland and foul. This hotel chaims to be a 4 star however there was no warm water facility in the washrooms.
Please make a very very wise and thorough decision before booking the place.

Booked for some business meeting. Rooms are neat and clean. Room are not that level luxury but good, affordable rate.

Very convenient place to stay if you need to go to UST or Infosis. Reasonably priced. Corridor carpets need to be changed, but once you go to the room it's fine.

Excellent hospitality. Stayed for two nights. Food served was really great. Complimentary breakfast served was also superb. Overall great experience. Very near to Airport. Highly recommended.

Good customer service, well maintained rooms and foyer. But the only issue is rooms are not spacious at all. Can feel a bit congested.

Truly amazing service. We put up an anniversary function there. The hall was absolutely fantastic. Each and everything was dealt in an orderly manner. Really made our day memorable.

Had really great time at Flamingo. The staffs were really welcoming and always greeted with a smile. They were more than happy to help when I accidentally misplaced my key card. The room service was also satisfactory.

We booked the room to use Excercise facilities and pool and was disappointed that Excercise room was closed for renovations and pool was closed too.

Bad food quality, wastage of money, we can get better food in the other hotels.service was also not good. We had their lunch buffet which was not good value for the money.

We arranged one get-together there, and the they are not willing to fill the sufficient quantity of food for buffet. They cut almost half from there menu also.

One of the best hotels in Trivandrum. We had our Anniversary function in this place. The ambience and food was great. They organized our function very professionaly. Thanks to each and every staff of the hotel. Will definetly come again.

Pros: Near to Infosys and UST, breakfast was good.

Cons: Very congested room, no tooth brush/paste provided, Centralized AC was not that satisfying, No good air circulation inside the whole hotel.

Went there as a wedding guest and I must say the service was amazing. Usually in such scenarios, we don't expect the same services as a normal time. We could get everything we asked for pretty soon and the staff was polite as well. Location wise it's right next to Al Saj arena which is ideal for weddings or functions.

Rooms carry the 4star hotel vibe. I had no complaints. I planned only 1 night stay, eventually i extended 2 more nights.

Only problem was that the TV was faulty, had a line accross the screen and had only few channels (free channels). Why isn't hotels subscribing more channels?

One of the best stays i had. The stay looks and feels amazing. From the entry to the rooms, everything is really beautiful and classy. I felt like we got it in a deal because for the money we paid, it was so luxurious. Best service in any hotel I've stayed so far. Rooms have all the amenities. Great restaurant. The only downsides i can say would be. There are only few channels in tv. And it's not a smart tv. Hot water is available during only some time of the day

Location is great. Opposite to the infosys.

It was booked on the same day as it was mentioned Business class luxury hotel. And i have checked in by 6 in the evening and got the room at the ground floor. The room was small but it was ok, and decent. I have asked for 2 bottles of extra water as I am with my baby of 6 month old, it was with an extra cost of 32/bottle.
Parking space is spacious and the security is very helpful.
The room WiFi and water heater was not functioning, i have reported to the reception directly and reminded them over telephone. And there was no action taken from them.
I have had a meeting with two of my friends at the lobby, after like 15 mnts, it felt very hot there and asked the reception about the air conditioning system. They only they started the air conditioning system there, i was wondering why they didn't feel hot there.

The destination is excellent. My overall experience at the hotel was very good. Good parking facility was there. I am a regular visitor of the hotel for my official trip to Trivandrum. I was very much satisfied with the rates and service of the hotel. The hotel was conveniently located. The surrounding of the hotel was good. The interior and exterior of the hotel were excellent. Booking and front office staff were friendly. The hotel's service was good. There was no issue faced during check-in and check-out. The room was good. Hot water facility was there. All basic amenities were there. Everything at the hotel was perfect. The food of the hotel was good. I would recommend this hotel to others

Good room and service. Don't book via makeMyTrip since they charge more than 500/- extra. Use other channels like agoda or booking to get normal rate.

This is a exclusively hotel with a marvellous services and facilities. Highly Hospitality! They serve five star standards and high quality authentic foods at this hotel. It was frustrating stay with illiterate hotel staff. They don't care whether you'd paid for breakfast. You will have to ask again n again for everything.
Hotel is interested only in your money. All amenities are not working. But they charge you very high

The location is good and easily accessible.
The underground parking between the concrete pillars may test your driving skills.
The staff were very friendly. They have good facilities for get together and meetings.
We visited there for a get together of friends with family. They provided a small hall and a mini sound system for orchestra performance also. Even though, we were only 25 people, they did not charge anything extra for the hall.
There is a scope of improvement for food.
Buffet food was charged at rs. 550+tax.

If you are looking to arrange a function/get together at an easily accessible location, with the service of courteous staff at a decent rate, it's for you.

This place says they have a buffet, they even have a great big billiard that promotes it but we've been there twice over the last two years and both times they didn't have it set up at all. I believe if you say you're going to do a thing you should do that thing.thumbs down Flamingo!

Need to work on DTH network in the rooms, the TV is just for the sake of it. The food is ok! And the staff is friendly, good hospitality.

Had a big advt on buffet but it dint have one.
Bad and unhealthy food. Took too much time for preparing our order. Shows us a big list of menu and most of them are not available.
We went for a team lunch as its near technopark and it was overall a big disappointment!

We conducted our onam celebration this year. The ambience is pretty good and the hall they have given is pretty good. Staff are equally good. But the sadya they served is pathetic. Seems some bengali prepared the sadya especially sambar and all the 3 payasam. They should either appoint a chef who know to make sadya or they should borrow it from outside.so 4 star for the hall and ambience and 1star for sadya

Nice place to stay, good ambience, spacious rooms. Staff member are very cooperative and helpful. Most of the rooms are suites, with a drawing room and then a bed room.
They have morning breakfast available, a buffet. Staff member are available 24*7.
It's very close to technopark, Trivandrum, so very good for corporate visitors.

Opposite of Infosys. Very nice ambiance in inside. Interior is very nice. Rooms are very good. Parking is little bit disappointed. Otherwise it's ok. Easily identify to normal traffic

Good interiors, good conference rooms. It's good for business meets, training, conference etc. They need to focus a little more on guest requirements like charging points etc. Food is ok, you can adjust.

Excellent hotel. Top of the line amenities. We are from GOA, so quality matters. Absolutely no complaints except 1 small problem.
Pool timings 7am 7pm. It doesn't make sense as none would occupy the pool in afternoon.
Swimming pool should be available till 10PM at least.
Also to mention railway station, Airport and local bus station are all within 20-30 minutes reach at peak travel hour.

Hotel is nice and staff behaviour is also good but not so lively place. I don't know why they prepare same breakfast all day.

Awesome place. The room service is just fab.location is good, has good parking facility.rooms are well managed and clean without a spec of dust. Suite rooms are affordable and are world class.

Best place to live near Infosys, great rooms good service and very near to Infosys. 15 minutes away from airport. Has a good gym and swimming pool too.

The only thing I didn't like is no channel which I like to watch. Only free channels were coming. I didn't bothered because I had Jio TV.

A low profile hotel located in Kazhakootam. This is right opposite to Infosys in Trivandrum. This is a 2 star rated hotel with very limited facilities. This is handled by a an in professional management and Staffs. This cannot be recommended to known people

The front desk Staffs are very courteous and helping always. Food and roooms are comfortable. Everything was excellent and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others have their business trip. Thanks a lot.

I had the opportunity to conduct a 2-day workshop at this place. I must tell you that everything was set well for me to do my workshop flawlessly. Btw, amazing lunch buffet spread on both days with awesome dessert! Will repeat, Strongly recommend.

Flammingo Inn, located at kazhakkoottam Trivandrum is a 3 star hotel. Accessibility of the hotel entry from the road was a little tricky, as highway dividers does not allow direct entry, had to drive 1km farther and take u turn to the side road. We were allowed an early check in and even got upgraded to suite rooms. The rooms were all neat and clean and hotel staff behaved very well with us. Room service was good. We ordered soup and that was not upto our expectations. Other than that everything was comfy and good. On the top floor there was a pool but couldn't use it because of our schedule.
