Flora Airport Hotel and Convention Centre Cochin

We are currently at the hotel and must say it is extremely comfortabley nd convenient. The staff is very prompt, polite and courteous. All our requests are accomodated with a smile. The flora suite is spacious and very tastefully done. Very helpful for senior citizens. One can feel the passion with which this place is being maintained and kept. Full marks to the GM and his team for the lovely stay we are enjoying.

Very nice property, excellent interiors, spacious rooms, right next to Cochin Airport. Service was impeccable. The breakfast spread was good but most items were cold. Their tariff was exorbitant. You can get 5 star chain hotels on Cochin Marine Drive for similar or lower rates.

We were in the hotel for a transit halt on our way to Colombo It was a very pleasant stay and we had lunch, dinner and next day breakfast before our check out.
The Flora Airport Hotel is currently undergoing major renovation and some areas are cordoned off but these were minor
It is important to record the exemplary hospitality of entire staff from the entry guard to the receptionist to the dinning room staff
The food served was authentic Kerala with some North Indian dishes
The fish fry, fish curry, chicken curry and boiled rice were all a class of their own unlikely to be served outside Kerala.
Well not sure how many have seen a jackfruit tree and where the fruits grow and was lucky to have seen in the hotel garden which is for viewing The fruit grows on the trunk of the tree.
Our stay though short was most enjoyable and we thank all staff and wish had written their names down.all the best

Went to Flora for dinner. Very close to the airport with plenty of parking space. The restaurant was not that crowded, unlike most other decent family restaurants close to the airport. Food and service were nice. Good option for COK airport passengers and visitors.

The hotel is very near to the Cochin international airport and a nice one. The staffs were very accommodating and courteous. They have a restaurant and food is good as well.

This hotel functions opposite to CIAL (Cochin International Airport Limited). Clean and neat place enough Space for parking. Friendly attitude of staff mind blowing one. A grate ambiance make a positive vibes. I visited this hotel for an exam conducted an international organization.

Not provide good facilities and also the surrounding are not maintaining good negative feelings are around the hotel.

USP of this place is that it is situated just next to the airport like 5-10 min max in cab. They provided complementary airport transfer as well. Their restaurant / cafe food is delicious which makes it a pleasant stay along with their polite staff. Room is spacious. They have a huge convention centre as well with decent parking space.

This is great hotel, staff is very helpful. Airport pickup is very reliable, they will take on time no delay, restaurants are superb.

Class does not come with Stars. It comes with the way you treat your guests. So.we were attending a wedding. Half the wedding party was residing there. My partner checked in late the previous night and I came the next morning to go and visit his room. He had booked a double occupancy by the way.

I went up to the reception citing the room number and guess what! The staff at the reception refused to give me entry stating Covid as an excuse. A few minutes later a few of my cousin's friends who were not staying at the hotel walked in.right past the reception staff. Not a word questioning them.

Pathetic discrimination based on gender. Pathetic moral policing. Unpleasant attitude from the staff. Ambiance is still great. But would not step foot in there ever.

It was nice, my 2nd experience at flora.staffs are polite and good vibes. Food was superb.
Only one issue with security who was thr in the gate (Jose) was rude.one of my rental car person came to meet me at the porch, no one was thr in gate and after a few minutes security came and he rudely behaved with the rentalrental car person. Please give a training for the people who is thr in the gate, becoz it's a face of your property.

Really impressed and delighted by their hospitality. The room service was quick and I didn't had to wait much for necessities and orders. The spa and swimming pool was closed due to covid-19 pandemic, but still it was fine. The food was nice and you can choose from their large menu. The hotel is 5min distance from airport and you can call them for pickup or drop-off.

Exquisite and extravagant hotel near to Cochin International Airport. On the other hand, it's the venue for IDP IELTS tests. The test is conducted in the first floor of the the second (inner) block.

One can find a few cheaper lodges in Kalady which is about 6.5 kms away from the hotel if he/she could find peace in a smaller room. Posting one of the cheapest paid lodge's details as a picture.

4/26: We stayed here and it was all great, excellent and prompt service, good breakfast, beautiful pathway to restaurant, rooms can be improved.

By looking at the various reviews, I booked a room for my family, there is no provision to add children while booking, system only takes number of adults, you have to call the hotel and mention about it. I have done that, I will update my review here after my stay.

Courteous staff, spacious clean well furnished rooms, 24x7 hot water, nice ambience excellent breakfast and room service. Close proximity to Kochi Airport. What more can you ask.

Just stayed overnight but was really happy with the stay. Well decorated comfortable rooms n awesome room service. Airport drop n pick up available too.

Mr Ashraf, swimming instructor, was very polite, humble and professional in conduct. Hats off to him. Good staff and ambience.

It's a best 4 star property near to the Cochin international airport. Even if it's a 4 star property, personally i feel like a 5 stat hotel. The amenities and facilities that they providing is well and more than worth. The food is very tastier and in best quality. I like the ambiance and surroundings very well. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very close to the airport and ideally suited for an overnight stay or with people who have a layover at Kochi airport. Clean rooms and free drop service to the airport.

Located around 100m from the Cochin airport, it's very easy to spot. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, feature laden and worthy of its 4 star status, staff are friendly and polite and know how to cater with finnese. We had occupied deluxe, club and suites and all of them justified their respective price points. Preferred hotel to stay if you are looking for accommodation near the airport. Restaurant though is nothing special to talk about. The food is pleasant. The drinks aren't upto mark. There are plenty of other dining options about, so it isn't much of a downer.
