My experience at Fooddbox baking was truly life changing. My 7 days class taught me so well, my skills improved so much. Bindu Aunty was a very good teacher to me, she made difficult things simple, and made me fall in love with baking. Thank you Aunty for the amazing lessons.

Dear all, For those who are in search of a good trainer in confectionery at Kochi/Ernakulam no need to look further. Foodbox is the best option one can ever have here. The trainer: Chef Bindu Mam is one of the best mentors I could have ever found. Her in-depth knowledge in the subject is worth a mention! She not only gives us an in-depth insight on all aspects of a particular product or technique but ensures all of us do get a hands on experience in trying that technique. She is super calm and patient with all her students. Her ever smiling face will make you always feel at home. I am so grateful to know Mrs. Bindu Thoms.
I went to foodbox along with my colleagues to get trained for our startup in confectionery. It was just two days before we had panned to start doing our own experimental confectionery goodies. She was super excellent not just as a chef trainer but as a mentor to our endeavour. To all our surprise she offered us to be there at our cakery on the day of opening. She was there till the end of the day guiding, motivating and supporting us. Mam you have made our day: The day of inauguration. I just feel sky is the limit now and not afraid of any recipe or technique just because of you.
