The location is good. They don't provide any food. But swiggy and Zomato service is available as it's near to town.

Very peacefull stay, they do not have a kitchen but one can order from the zomato or swiggy or local restaurants. For the price we paid the space was pretty large and can easily accomodate 4 to 5 adults. There is separate space for kitchen so if you bring your own stove you can cook, they provide induction cook top and utensils on request which can be used for basic cooking.

Very good hospitality and very fast response for orders.

Clean place in the midst of wilderness. Great amenities, strong cellular signal and pleasant weather. Food povided there is a little expensive but ordering in is always an option.

Rooms were good but had poor ventilation

We, a group of 5 were served well during our stay in this property. For the price that we paid, we felt that the stay was quite royal and we definitely enjoyed our time here. They don't always have food available at their own kitchen and hence they try to link the tenants with some restaurants for the orders. On one of the nights, we ordered from one such restaurant and the food was amazing. We loved every item, which included, mixed fried rice, chilly beef, chilly pork, tandoor, and some special chicken dish. Nothing from that restaurant was anything below excellent. But then one morning, we ordered breakfast from themself and cooked at their kitchen i guess. I was not just bad. It was miserable. It was so, because it had 0 taste. Hence if you need food, you are better off, letting them link you up with some restaurant instead. They also set up a campfire for you on one of the days, if you book two days with them.

Family cottage is just next to public road and regular houses (neighborhood) which you won't feel like you are in a resort. And all food are served by nearby hotel. Cottage was good though.

Had a very nice stay at jaguar paw. The owner, caretaker were extremely accommodating. The cottage itself was placed amidst The wilderness and was an incredible experience. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Sulthan Bathery

Seriously it's the vry good place to with ur frnds. You have good service and food. The stay is in forest u ll feel enjoy it. If your lucky u ll see dear in the stay.

It was a beautiful stay surrounded by nature and farms. They provide all amenities along with food and nicely developed woods villa. If you are a pet lover must stay at their place to play with adorable dogs. They have few other pets too. We enjoyed our time there and it was a pleasant stay!

10/10. Amazing placeeee. The place is nestled amongst a jungle and is so beautiful and peaceful at the same time.had a blast with friends. There is total privacy. The owner Arun and the caretaker Babu are both so caring and considerate. There is a facility for Bonfire and Barbecue as well on additional charges. This is easily one of the best places I have stayed at. ️

It's a very beautiful place and worth every single penny. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and the owner is super nice as well. If you're looking for a quiet getaway then this is your place.

We stayed in the last tree house for four day which was excellent, the location was good, hospitality was very good, chicken barbecue which was one of the best must try this when you visit, impressed with the maintenance.

The location is amidst proper wilderness and gives an awesome experience overall. We were promised a bonfire which was skipped by them without notice. Our room key was given to them by us for cleaning but nothing was cleaned, instead they left our room open. Food was nice. Ambience was peaceful.

It was a very nice friendly and homely experience with forestree wilderness. This place is perfect example of an excellent resort. And this place gives you feel of a village and city both together. All respect for them who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality. Here you will find no language barrier at all. In nearby local market you can find people speaking hindi and english also.

Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Dawn. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Excellent property, amazing location and warm service. We are planning to come back with the whole family again. That's how much happy I'm with my 2 nights stay here. We traveled with an infant and had no issues at all. Arun is a wonderful host and helped us with all our needs, checkin and checkout was smooth too.
Note: This is a little far from the main city so if have your own vehicle it would be best stay in wayanad. And we stayed in the villa and not the cottage.

In forest location, host is welcoming and highly helpful. The place is 20 mins walk away to highway and town.

The reason I am giving two stars is because the place is really amidst jungles but we experienced power cut and the whole night there was no power
They did not have a back up option and we had only our flashlights to our rescue. However, the host was extremely polite and nice but the room had a weird stench and the windows should have had a mesh to let the fresh air in and the stench out

Spacious, private cabin in the woods. Host and caretakers are very courteous and humble.

We were lucky enough to see deer very close on the day of check-in.

The service and location was amazing if you want to experience a night in the jungle with the advantage of comfort
but when we stayed there it rained whole night and day that is why there was no electricity.

Our trip couldn't have been better! Arun is an awesome host and Vinod (the caretaker) was extremely caring and polite. Will definitely visit again!

About Location:
The property is in Sulthan Bathery, a small town on the way to Wayanad if you approach wayanad via Ooty. Property is just 3 to 4 kms from the town, but it is the actual cusp of the reserved forest.here you got both, you stay in the forest and at the same time you get everything in the town. There was a huge super market where we bought all our supplies.

About Property:

It is the only building in the 4 acre land apart from the owner's guest house at the gate.a huge room with two king size beds and a sofa bed with a kitchen and a bathroom attached to it.

There is a barbeque station, two sit-outs and a campfire pit apart from the wilderness, birds, deers, monkeys and what not.

Its got a decent wi-fi connection, Airtel and Jio got full coverage of signals.

About Owner:

Arun owns the property, he is an amazing host, who I believe doing this for the passion of hospitality. He was always available on phone and WhatsApp. He came with every meal to make sure food is good and he readily accepted our requests and did what ever he can for that. He was very flexible with the check-in and check-out and also gave us good insider information about the shops and other stuffs, he arranged few exotics for us to buyback home.

About Food:

Food was amazing and reached us right in time, Arun cooks a part of every meal and accommodated most of our request and explained us why some of the requests cannot be accepted.on the whole, it was a very relaxing and fun trip for us and we look forward to come again.

Good if you are looking a private space to enjoy with your group. Only one cottage is situated in that entire area, forest is nearby. So you will get to see Deers and Monkeys here, the room is spacious enough to accommodate 4 persons. Kitchen and bathroom are attached, in the backyard you can do Grilling or BBQ, and campfire. Owner is really friendly and helpful.

The best place to hangout in privacy. Loved the 2 days stay over there. The care takers are cooperative and are ready to support at anytime, even in the middle of the night. I will go there again for sure.

I visited Jaguar Paw last week with my family and had a very wonderful time. The place is hardly 2 kms from Sulthan Bathery but yet so close to nature. On one side of the cottage we have a forest and we could see a few monkeys on the trees and even sighted deers early morning. The place is calm and quiet and the climate is chill even in the afternoon. The host was very helpful and friendly. There is also a barbeque machine and campfire. It's a good place to go as a group and relax. It's a one whole cottage with one bedroom and a kitchen a clean bathroom. Everything is neartly maintained and we had a pretty enjoyable time here.

For those who want a break can defenetly choose this place. Peace and calm. If you love to cook there is even option for it.also very good service

Visit here for 3 things

1. It's right next to the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary. The moment you walk into your hut, you may see some Deers or Peacocks playing next to your cottage. The Fence you see in the picture is to stop Elephants from entering the Premises

2. Fresh natural air and greenery till your eyes could see. They have vegetable plantation, fishing ponds and some amazingly done in forest cottages.

3. Cook Abdul and Shibu (hopefully right spelling) are amazing jovial hosts. Ask Shibu to take you on a walk around the Forest in the morning and listen to his Elephant stories.individual Barbecues for every Cottage is a plus point.

The place was amazing. It was quite, surrounded with trees and lovely clean cottage with all basic amenities. Food was great too! And guess what you can get barbecues here made right in front of you, that was so nice the only thing we missed is getting close if not inside the forest. It's true that there is forest just behind the cottage but it is wired.

The place is really amazing to enjoy with friends and family. There is one big room in the cottage so everyone can chill together. The cottage is in the jungle so we got the opportunity to see deers running. The caretaker shibhu and cook Abdul are so humble and nice. If u stay here then u must try the bbq. It's just too good. I would like to go again there for a weekend.

This is possibly one of our best Air Bnb stay so far. Arun the host helped us to plan our itenary strong Wayanad. Shibu and Abdul the caretakers made sure what ever needs we had were met. They arranged for a barbeque as well, took us for farm walk. The food they cooked was brilliant, they even sent us off with some farm grown fruits.

The resort is a very quaint place situated not too far from Bathery town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We stayed in the first floor cottage where there were 2 bedrooms, minifridge, cozy balcony etc.

And of course, they've got 3 adorable dogs which will gi e you company if need be. The place has also got a fireplace.

The food and the outside ambient are the letdowns. The price of the food we ordered in house didn't justify the quality. I would suggest to get parcel from nearby restaurant. Also, the locations only gives a jungle like feeling but is in the middle of residential area. The nearby houses and public road Is very near.

Property is nice, well maintained. Has good parking place and it easily accommodate 6 members. But worst thing is cook their. Very bad food.should change the cook, they charge bomb for the pathetic food.

Great place to visit and spend your weekend amidst the flora and fauna. Had a wonderful time here with family and friends, people were very helpful and welcoming. Note: They make the best Barbecue chicken so don't miss that. Overall food is amazing.

A true jungle experience. This place is beautiful, comfortable, well equipped, cozy and a great value for money. Tons of greenery around. Ideal for people who travel with pets. Saw deers and the Indian giant squirrel. The food provided by the staff is authentic, tasty and economical. Kudos to the owner for creating a jungle getaway experience. I will be coming back here again and again. Facilities include, air con, electric kettle, gas stove, geyser, ro water purifier, dish TV and refrigerator.

If you are looking for the place amidst greenery, you can go for this. It’s neat and classic. Food was ecstatic. You can get friendly caretaker and service from them.

The perfect place for a cozy sojourn. Not too far away from the town yet tantalizingly close to the tranquil of the jungle, this place gives you the best of both worlds. It’s accessible, easy to reach and yet totally insulated from the hustle and bustle of the town. Very friendly staff members who are not intrusive but perfectly supportive. One of the most exciting place to stay in Wayanad. Lies almost in between the Jungle. A separate house towards the Jungle sufficient for 4-5 people. Bonfire facility available. Gets too dark at night. TV, AC and kitchen, almost all facilities available.

Located inside Forest. Well maintained house with kitchen where you can cook and washroom is available. The staff there are extremely helpful. They will bring all the ingredients if you wish to cook.

One amazing place to stay. If you are a nature lover, then this place is for you. The care taker is extremely friendly and patient.

We expected it to be big enough. Airbnb said 2 beds and it was understood it is 2bhk. Turns out it was just single hall with one king size bed and one sofa bed. The photos doesn't show the right image. Though the caretaker is awesome and is friendly but the property just isn't what is expected to be.

It is a cute little place nestled away from the hustle bustle of the city. The veiw is amazing, the rooms are well furnished and good cellular connectivity. You have a place to BBQ and a well furnished kitchen to cook your own meals. The staff is very friendly too which is always an added bonus. We really enjoyed staying here and I guess you will too if you pick this place.
