Disciplined staff, Some General rules are made for everyone including the subscribers of gym membership.
Facilities like P. T, seperate Cardio section, wide Range of dumbbells, General Trainers for correcting your exercise postures, Air conditioned, cleaneness is top notch.

One of thr best experience I have had. The trainers are world class and will help you through your journey in every possible way to get the best physique.

The support staffs are not up to the mark. They normally gives cold response to inquiries. With these kind of attitude, I don't personally feel this is an ideal place for a beginner. The gym is well equipped with new work out machinery though.
