They have pathetic staff, very bad services. Even after telling them 2-3 times, they don't care.

0 Service quality of staff is bad laundry never ever give here they spoil your sleep in the name of laundry

Had a pleasent stay with family.

Please avoid staying in this dirty hotel, Gopika Regency. Everything is a mess there. Staff are so arrogant and rude. Behave like third rate Gundas. The A/c room was so Dirty, filthy, run-down, smelly, crack-hotel feel to this place! Toilet was stained and dirty. Towels, Beds, Linen etc.are all old, dirty and stained. Rooms full of dust and bed bugs were found too.

Old and spoiled food were served in the Restaurant for breakfast. Take care of FOOD POISONING.

It was total accident to stay here and we had no choice.

All I can say is "PLEASE DO NOT GO, IF YOU CAN! "

If there was a rating below 0, i would have given that.the experience was miserable. I had a booking with this hotel and I had a early check-in which was confirmed to be fine before arrival. I was an international passenger who just took a taxi to this hotel from airport directly after arrival around 5am. Upon reaching the staff who was there early morning was clue less and rude denying the room or check in.they told they cant see any early check in confirmation.
I requested many times that i dont have any other place to go and I am ready to wait until the room is ready. He asked me to leave the hotel and told there is no option to wait. I was baffled, i tried to connect with an agent from customer care but there was no one connecting at that point. Being a 5 star hotel as they state there was zero hospitality and staffs were clueless how to deal with such a situation. They were not even courteous to help me with the luggage. After three hours I had to roam around the city to find another hotel availability at that time and after three hours I found another hotel near shipyard. In my life I have never faced such a pathetic experience from a five star hotel. This hotel should be closed if they cant train the staff the least to behave cordially to female guest.
On another note Four seasons has still not refunded my money for that booking.

The hospitality and service was awesome! One of the best 5 star hotels in Kerala. Starting from check in to check out, the service was super awesome. Staff were friendly and supportive and was ready to help for almost everything. Valet parking facility was there and room was super clean and spacious. I couldn't find any negatives and I highly recommend this hotel.

Really Satisfying. Small but cute it seems. The Bar area could be improved when it comes to the interior and design, you can't actually control the light comming in, as in when you want the bar dark, it is not quite possible due to the light comming in.

The service in the bar was poor and the loud music inside will not allow the people inside to have a relaxed conversation. Ambience was something most might not enjoy. The valet parking was good and prompt.

I'm taking this opportunity to tell you what a great job your hotel staff are doing.

Unlike others, I believe that it is not right to bring it to your notice only when there is a problem but also it is extremely important and motivating for your staff to know, that they are succeeding in their jobs.

I've had the privilege of staying in a numerous amount of hotels, around the world. And your hotel has got the simplest and the smallest details impeccably right.

For eg, your hotel cleanliness, the comfortable and luxurious beds. I simply enjoyed that none of your room doors make a creaky noice, and that it can be opened and closed effortlessly without disturbing my roommate. Everything is well thought out and presented for your guest comfort.

Like I said, the small details make the biggest of difference.

Your staff are humble, respectful and quick in all the services and your food is wonderful.

I just have some developmental feedback that I'd like to share, which is regarding your buffet timings in the evening. If buffet is supposed to start at 7pm, then everything needs to be placed and ready at 7pm. Unlike yesterday, where the food was not completely placed even at 8pm.

The room is very nice but air-conditioning was very poor, even after I report the issue they doesn't make a solution, the room was so hot and not able to sleep overnight

A better place for dining, events and celebrations. Somehow, they named the facility just right, 4 points on 5, with the Sheraton Services experienced by me elsewhere.

Good points: excellent rooms, great chefs and staff.
Bad points: no one came for housekeeping even after 3-4 calls. Parking space is haphazard. No one to guide if the parking is full. Room service is very slow.

After a last-minute discussion, we had decided to have a stay in Four points for this weekend. And we had a wonderful experience in Four Points.
Accentuates of stay was -
- Staffs were very supportive and attentive even for a late-night emergency without a delay.
- They have a variety of luscious cuisines particularly our Nadan items like fish & mutton. Usually, I notice a foul smell of fish in dishes even in luxurious hotels. But here the texture and aroma of nadan masala were praiseworthy.

- I wanted to appreciate their Staff, Mr. Deepesh. I was totally messed up while check-in due to some personal reasons. But when I entered he just gave me contiguous smile and walked away, even if he was not attending us too. For the last stay, he was the one who assisted us while check-in and he was so polite and sweet in his dealings. I was glad to experience the consistency in his approach and dedication. A smile may be so simple but it can impact our next moment. Thank you Deepesh?

The hospitality and service was great! Food expectional good, the staycation package is worth every penny!
You get ur own driver for around 3 hrs and buffet breakfast and dinner! I 100% recommend.

The best staycation that i could ever have! Everything was worth the penny spent and had a great yet memorable experience there. Their facilities and services are excellent and its very affordable too. Its the right destination for people who are looking for a safe and secure location and even for families as well.

I went on my anniversary, 31st January for dinner, I Found the staff, very well behaved and polite. I was not aware of the serving in a dish and when just showed only some dissatisfaction, I was given a extra bowl of chicken immediately even though I wouldn’t have cared much. This made me feel special and yes ofcourse the food was amazing.

Visited Four Points by Sheraton with my family and friends - on the occasion of my birthday. I was so happy with the service and food offered. The ambience was excellent! The staff were very helpful and co-operative. Food was the highlight - Thank you team for gifting me a memorable birthday! We are definitely coming back for more.

Good food but options are a lil limited. Great ambience and excellent hospitality. You will have to dig deeper to the yummy desserts.

Great comfort and food. Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast options are really great. I love the promptness when asked for grilled chicken in the breakfast and they served it going out of the way. Only thing which i felt missing is full day dining menu and little more items in the menu for North Indians.

A stellar experience! Amazing service provided by all staff, and honestly the most attentive and genuine service I've seen anywhere in the world. They really make you feel at home. The hotel itself is top quality, the room and bathroom go beyond international standards, great facilities including a 24 hour gym, infinity pool and full service spa, as well as chauffered car services. Perfectly located for the Infopark. A highly recommended stay.

The restaurant managers are not
good enough of service it take such a long waiting time after ordering some dish (even if its a normal roti) and the main thing is that hotel restaurant dont have #honey in their store i dont knw y they said bt its not good that a 5star hotel doesn’t have a small bowl of honey for the guest! Thats too pathetic! Not much satisfied with the restaurant team be frankly they are not caring the guest in a proper way.thank you

Four Points by Sheraton is at a perfect location for people having work at Infopark or Smart City.
The drop off zone is a bit congested 3 to 4 vehicles at a time can become a messy affair.
The interiors are done well.
The food is good.
The overall experience doesn't give a 5 star feel.

Great stay! The location is very close to inforpark, just walkable distance. The place aint too crowded, so its peaceful. Many restaurants are nearby, so I could try different food, especially the authentic Kerala food. The staffs are really helpful, they are always at the service.check in was very easy, the front desk staff were very quick. Now the surprise was when I entered the room, since I was a silver elite member, they had put a customized welcome board with chocolates and some fruits, which was really surprising:) The room is obviously international standard, I domt think any review is required on that, we know what Marriott is! The view is catching, we'll get the beautiful view of Infopark. I must say the view from top is too good. That small space near the window is a perfect time killer, I love listening music sitting there. The room and all the furnitures are maintained very well. I wasnt aware that elevator works only post swiping the room key card, thanks to the random staff who came across! Overall everything was great, thanks to the team and the management.
