Excellent experience here, the staff is very polite and understanding. The ambience from reception to the room is absolutely amazing.the food was quite good as well and the location gives pleasent vibes during the morning. Would surely consider staying here again

The hotel offers some breathtaking views and the rooms are very spacious.
Hotel restaurant was great during the busy weekend with plenty of hot buffet food and good service but it suffered from slow service during the weekdays. Multiple meals had to be sent back because they were served cold or they were generally lacking in quality.
Rooms were good but are starting to show signs of wear & tear, and some water damage.
Bathroom sink was faulty upon arrival (full of waste water and not draining) and after complaining to the front desk it took till the next day for someone to 'fix' it by manually removing the plug and leaving the drain hole exposed.
Electric fireplaces in both rooms were non functional.
Great location, close to tea plantations, local shops and local ayurvedic massage centres.

The step garden they've built and maintained so well is beautiful. So is everything else about this hotel. The view from our private terrace was breathtaking! Albeit couldn't make use of our private terrace access enough due to a full-on rainy weather. But we still enjoyed staying here the most in our whole trip to Kerala!

While the food quality / options could be improved a bit, it wasn't a deal breaker at any point.

Service, food, hospitality, cleanliness, location, vibe and staff everything is top notch.its just 7 years old property, interiors are so gorgeous and modern. We checked a lot of other properties before booking FRAGRANT NATURE MUNNAR, to name a few Hotels BLANKET, WINDMERE, AMBERDALE, PANAROMIC but ended up booking this for 2 nights, no one can beat this hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRAGRANT NATURE if you are planning your trip to munnar. Loved it.everything will give you 5* feeling.

I have done a detailed review in trip advisor. I don't want to write the same again. Below are the highlights
Location: Must be the best location in Munnar with an excellent valley view.
Rooms: Rooms are spacious and definitely of 5* standard. The balconies are the highlight though. The view from the balcony is magnificent.
Service: Great service. From front desk to restaurant to room service, everyone is friendly and helpful.
Food: There was only one restaurant during our stay. They served all types of cuisine. The food is decent.

Amazing. Didn't stay at this hotel. Stopped by for Lunch. Burger Pasta and the Fries Amazing & The view from the Restaurant

Pros: * buffet breakfast was really good *Rooms were clean and so was the bathroom

Cons: * If you are travelling in a traveller or big suv the road leading to hotel is longer and broken down
* there is no swimming pool in this hotel
* they do provide two bikes to ride for free, recreation room indoor games but apart from that no other activities within the resort
* there is only one lift inside hotel and it takes forever to access it.

I personally had problem during Check-in with no bell-boy to carry my luggage to the room. I had requested twice to bring my luggage to room since I was travelling with my 5 month old infant. In -the-end I carried all my luggage on my own to my room!

Stayed with family for couple of days. Loved the hospitality of each and every staff.
I have traveled in my EV to Munnar where there is no EV charging station but hotel agreed proving normal power supply and did the same. Surprisingly they didn’t charged me also.
Food given are top notch with good quality and quantity.
Really spacious rooms & view from the room is really good. Tea plantation walk is nearby only.
Will surely recommend.

The hotel is having a breathtaking view specially from the moonlight rooms which has a huge terrace, feels like standing on the end of a hill. Evening hours are just wow. We could see the idduki dam from the lobby which is far far away. Thank you for a wonderful hospitality team Fragrant Nature.

Very good hotel and staff also very nice and co-operating. We managed to have good jain food for our 2 night stay. Balcony in moonlight bliss room was superb.

It was a great stay. The property has excellent ambience. Very calm and quiet atmosphere. The food was delicious and all staff are friendly and pleasing. Especially Mr Abhijith (F&B department) and Ms. Aswathy (front office) was awesome. Overall it was a pleasant and memorable stay.

Contrary to the name, it's very disconnected to nature. The entrance is on very dirty street, the hotel is built in a cliff with rooms across floors providing great view to the valley. But I wouldn't stay there as it feels artificial and the crowd it attracts is also not family friendly.

One of the best staycation I had.it's a beautiful resort overlooking a valley.the food is awesome and the staff are very professional and polite.highly recommend.

It's located at the side if a large mountain which gives a breathtaking view of the valley. But the opposite side is just in the middle of a busy street that kills the ambiance. Other than the view, nothing is there to comment about. Food is horrible.

A really good property located in Munnar. The main town is just under 10 minutes drive. The check in and checkout was super quick a d they take good care in following the Covid guidelines. The service is good, no complaints there. The rooms are nice and the view from Balcony is relaxing. The garden is maintained well. We couldn't get the campfire as it was raining. The breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. Being a 5 star property the food is pretty expensive and we end up eating lunch and dinner from outside. We tried the dinner buffet one day, but it was below par both in terms of the menu and the taste. I will surely recommend the hotel if one is willing to spend and they wont regret.

Beautiful location. One of the best resort in Munnar. Excellent view from the rooms. Great hospitality and services. Breakfast buffet is awesome. BBQ platters are must try. But Dinner buffet is just ok.

Simply great.this place is the best couple getaway in munnar by far. The service, the rooms and the view is excellent.premium rooms have private sit outs. The place is in the middle of a small village in pothamedu and it doesnt look so appealing from the front but it extends a lot more than u can imagine to the back.the food here is expensive nd so are the rooms.but its a must visit in munnar.u get a good view of the whole valley and a much improved view than all the view points.the rooms are clean and spacious and has a lot of accessories n furnitures.

The best in the lot in Munnar if your are a nature lover and want to be in a place away from city in a quite peaceful environment. The property as a whole is amazingly beautiful from both inside and outside. The concept of having all floors below the ground level and step garden downwards will blow your mind. It's simply beautiful!

Fantastic hospitality. The view from all rooms is a huge bonus. We went around local sight seeing & realized nothing beats the view from the room. Restaurant food is very good as well, again with top class hospitality. The drive to the hotel can be challenging, good to speak to hotel staff to get the correct approach route.

This place had good views, ambience and amenities to boot but the food was a major let down. So 3 stars only

The food is good but takes a lot of time to get prepared. Also, their kitchens are not serviceable all the time to guests not staying at the hotel, so better to check with the restaurant before going

Very beautiful place.the ambience is too good.the rooms are all mountain facing and is very well maintained. Food was the only bad thing here.it was definitely decent chilly chicken was very tasty.all dishes are very very very overpriced.quantity is very less and taste was not all that great. We got noodles that tasted like it was old food.road to go here is a bit damaged but the location is good and staff are courteous

Decent property but more then that has excellent staff and amazing service. Simply wow. I can 3 to 4 staff members who were at there best while dealing with full house crowd.

One of the top hotel in Munnar. It's situated at Pothamadu, that's more than 5 kilometre from Munnar town. The road is narrow and congested.
