The gym is situated in thamallackal and is quite good gym and reasonable for the fee that you pay and there ain't that much of equipment that you would expect from the top end type of gym but decent amount of equipment is available in there most of them are machine equipment and there ain't any personal trainer available you gotta have to workout by your own workout plan and there is a trainer and he will provide only basic information
