Friends Hotel

Food quality is very poor. We order for chicken roast and we got chicken curry and the gravy. We got human hair in that chicken curry. Staff's behavior is not good. Chicken is not cooked well and very hard to eat. Plz don't eat food from this hotel

Went to eat today 08/feb/2024. Ordered 2 Porottas & 1 Beef Curry. The porotta was good. But beef curry has no salt and no taste. The staff serve food with the ease of giving food to a dog. I won't recommend even a stray dog ​​to eat food from this place

Awesome authentic kerala food, absolutely delicious mouth watering, since two days i have been eating here daily and the flavour is so good, it's a small joint, very reasonable price, never overpriced us for food we ordered, a must visit to this restaurant and enjoy the food, great staff too

Worst ever experience I had ever had. They see whether you are a tourist, then they cost the food by viewing the person who orders with extreme cost. If the actual rate is 200 they charge you 400. So please don't visit this shop. Even the paper plate is costing rupees 15. They are just money minded. I personally bought chicken gravy for rupees 380 with really bad amount of quantity and quality. So please dont visit.

Food taste was okay for this price.we tried appam, parota, chicken curry and egg curry.totally 380 rs for 4 people.value for money.only will problem with the customer service

Very bad experience. Staffs were not behaving properly. Fud taste is also Not good. Not recommended.

Limited variety for vegetarians bur very tasty food.
And for the cost they charging it's awesome.we tried multiple dishes in dinner and breakfast.

Chana, egg sabji, Kerala parota was great.

First of all, places like Munnar are generally expensive because their supply depends on the main land, and it's a tag of tourism attraction.
This food court is an exception; this is the best restaurant in the locale for quality food at a pocket-friendly rate; their service is promising, these people are super friendly and polite.
When I was stayed near to anachal, this was my regular place.

We came here for breakfast. Very clean, friendly people. Great food. Try their Ghee Roast Dosa, parathas and egg curry. It's fantastic.

This hotel is far from Munnar and you won't get that pleasant feel of Munnar climate.
You will feel hot during day time for sure (April May).
Rooms are spacious, clean and view from balcony is pleasant. Still, I would say they have scope of improvement in overall cleanliness.
Staff if OK and they try to be nice with guest but still huge scope of improvement.
Food is expensive not worthy.
