I felt the staffs are kind. I wanted to use the washroom and they allowed me to use their staff washroom.

Only one out of the 15 counters is operational. Accepts all bills and utility payments. Bills can take 3 days to reflect in accounts so better to pay before due date. Staff are helpful.
