Food was okay. The staff served a meal with the beef to a Hindu friend though instead of me. Please be careful next time

We ordered the sea food Platter, fish wrapped in banana leaf and fresh lime soda. The food was fabulous. The ambiance is cozy, and service is quick. Prices are ok.

Awesome dish which looks kelala traditional food (I'm not sure as I'm a tourist from japan.), and I enjoyed variant types of spices and fish with only one bowl!

Great place if you like authentic south indian food with a slight western touch.

Perfect. The meal I got was delicious! I ordered the shrimp cream sauce penne pasta and I was not at all disappointed- on the contrary, I wanted to order another simply for being so delicious!

A real good option for local dishes. We hopped into the restaurant at night after 9: 30PM. We didn't expect that, we will get great various food options waiting for us there. We ordered Chicken barbecue with rice Combo and it was just great. Also, the salad they were served, was plain but tasty. The Ambience is good with chill classic songs which makes the place better. I must recommend that, someone should visit the place for once.

The rice was a bit dried out with foul smell but the barbecue was well cooked and about the pasta it tastes good but the quality of penne wasn’t that great. The Ambience is good with chill classic songs.

Fusion Bay Kerala is an excellent restaurant with delicious fusion cuisine that blends traditional Kerala flavors with modern techniques. The food is flavorful, fresh, and expertly prepared. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing great service. I highly recommend giving Fusion Bay Kerala a try if you're looking for a unique and flavorful dining experience

Worst experience with them.waited for a long time to get a seat and still they make us to wait for a long time to take the orders after halfanhour they said that food is finished

Beautiful seafood lunch served by gracious staff. Our tuk-tuk driver brought us here and we had a great late lunch.

Terrible service! Owner doesn’t care for his clients! Overated and certainly overpriced for what you get!

Apart from the food, which was tasty, there was nothing positive about my experience in this restaurant.
It was full when I arrived, I was offered a table outside. After ordering my meal I asked one of the staff to move me inside as it was incredibly hot! I’ve seen several people getting out but not me or the other several people waiting were led in. Asked a second and a third time to take me inside, to which I was told of course. My food eventually arrived and I demanded to put me in a table inside, finally I got some reaction. Inside 4 tables were empty!
From that to wait 20min to have one more dosa brought to the table, watching many customers trying to call the attention of the waiters unsuccessfully due to total lack of organization of the staff! Empty tables forever waiting to be cleaned with a line of customers outside…. On top of that they served me my brownie with mostly liquid ice cream (you never warm it up in the same plate you serve with ice cream!) … a disaster!
When I went to pay I talked with the owner calling his attention to these serious flaws and my discontentment with the service to which he didn’t even listen… he had his restaurant full anyway so he was making profit…

Overall, not good! For the same price Oceanos restaurant offers delicious food with excellent service!

Had their fish mango curry, puttu and appam which were all brilliant! Reducing a star since i think the service could've been much better. Asked for an appam and the waiter forgot.

Would have given 4-5 stars but few points blew it away.
1: The pasta ordered was too watery. The taste was ok but the shape and texture was almost like soup rather than pasta.
2. Too hot to sit inside. The AC was switched off. And was almost stuffy inside with almost all tables full.
3. Grilled prawns and rice were good. Recommended.

The food was great and authentic, especially as a person not from Kerala. Beef and fish were adipoli, and the squid fry was super delicious! Never had such a subtle-tasting, yet mind-blowing squid anywhere. A bit towards the costly side but still feels worthy of the cost.

Simple restaurant in Fort Kochi that serves fish meals and other seafood delicacies.
We tried the Seabass fry which was well made along with a seafood meals. Priced pretty decently too and popular among youngsters.

WORST restaurant ever! Absolute rip off. The prices are ridiculously high for the quality and quantity of food provided. I ordered Kerala grilled fish with rice and the fish brought outwas so stale. I rejected the food and walked out. If there was an option, I would give this place 0 stars.

Lousy service. Just a bunch of crude local people running a business that can't be called a hotel as they are not trained or eligible to be waiters. Mediocre food, highly priced and very less quantity as less as a four year old's portion served as an adult's.

Every dish was unique and extremely authentic. Best local seafood I've ever had. Must try mud crab curry and Kerala grilled prawns.

Delicious Kerala cuisine, the prawns were to die for, the beef roast and Kerala fish curry were delicious too, cute and cozy ambience and very efficient service.

Only one of the server shows attitude. He treats you bad when you deny to order expensive items and choose the budget friendly items. Other servers are cool.

Visited this restaurant after searching for half an hour and the choice was absolutely great.
Had fish curry with appam and veg pulao. Amazing taste.

Yum, yum yummy so well done, and the taste was exquisite.only minus was the fact that we waited for our food more than 45mins, and the waiter didn't want to acknowledge me as a woman paying for the meal, bit weird, but I got the same treatment from other restaurants in Kerala, so maybe it's a thing there. The food was great. I had the spicy fish in banana leaf and jumbo prawns cooked in coconut milk. So cheap compared to other places. Really could have done with a beer but only a minor problem

Delicious eggplant in yoghurt. Fish is good too. Go if you're looking for nice ambience, nicely presented food and attentive service. Definitely for tourist only but worth checking out.

The staff is really slow with their service. The place is hyped I believe. It wasn’t worth what they charge for.

Amazing food took a little to get to our table it was yummy! Scraped the platter clean. The spices in the food was just so awesome!

Very memorable meal: the 'giant' prawn moily with appam, along with a fish 'pollichathu'-but the option with the less spicy paste, flavoured with coriander. Happiness guaranteed!

The food here is AMAZING. I ordered the prawn green mango curry and it's one of the best things I've eaten in dinner. Do yourself a favor and eat at Fusion Bay.

Enjoyed the Fried Kerala prawns and Mango meen curry but the coriander pollichatu with King fish was very very chewy and below average. Spoiled our whole meal.

Amazing fresh food-worth paying the extra money in comparison to the local area. You can get a nice starter, main and drink for around £5.

I recently dined with my family here and the food was amazing. The mango meen curry is to die for. Please do try it. Everything was freshly prepared including the desserts and the service was quick. We plan on coming to this place again in the future.

A quiet & homely place, where the food is great, warm & authentic. A must experience. Though it's totally an unassuming place, it's one of the best food experience i had in kochi

Little expensive but the ambiance here is too good. We may feel like sitting inside an orthodox engineered construction which resemble the values of Indian tradition. Kerala rice and fish curry is too good to have and gives a different experience after having a watch of fort kochi

Service was quite slow, even though we were the only family at the restaurant. Apart from the rice, the side dishes served were just about a teaspoon! Had ordered for a fish pollichatu, but it arrived dunked into a bowl of curry! It's definitely not worth the price.

I loved everything about it. I never expected such great food in a small restaurant like Fusion Bay. They take some time to cook and meals is not available on daily basis. The beef fry is just delicious par with a five star restaurant. Would suggest to anyone who is on a vacation, has time and loves to enjoy good food should visit this tiny nook. They should add some more mocktails options to their menu.

No 1 seafood restaurant in fort kochi.they are specialized in seafood but also they are provided another food like north & South dishes. Prices slightly expensive.but quality & taste is very good. Recommended

We r from Chennai, I went with family, we had chapattis n chettinad chicken gravy for lunch.gravy masala essence was marvelous.must try.it was amazing, also Dutch chicken

try this one instead of the overrated, white-washed cafes nearby.
The portions are all delicious and very generous! No toilets on the floor, so you gotta go on a bit of a journey to find the toilet, but that's all I can complain about.prices are fair for the quality and quantity of food that you'd get.

The only reason this place gets a 4 star is because the service is slow. The food was just absolutely lip smacking finger licking good. I ordered the pesto chicken pasta which was delish. I was so tired of eating Kerala food and pasta was topping my list of miss-me foods. My in laws ordered the beef olarthiyaehu which was a Kerala thali platter. Hubs got the fish polichithayae and BIL got the chicken roast with chappati. Everything and I mean literally everything, was freshly made. The prices are affordable and one dish can be shared by 1-2 people. The ambience is gorgeous and the decor stunning. Management definitely needs to improve on getting more wait staff as there were only two young boys there last night. This place is definitely a recommended spot to visit in fort kochi.

Worst attitude of hotel owner and every waiter now a days. They don’t care about their guests. Just present themselves with pale faces and not even smile. I found the guest treatment as worse in this restaurant. Although this is famous hotel, but owners and managers and staff must change their attitude and welcome guests with more warmth and love

The Naseema Fish curry was the best single dish I ate in Kerala. Quite spicy but a must-have. We also had another wrapped fish which was excellent (fresh masala) and solid okra curry. Service was very good, they brought us raitha to cool us down even though it wasn’t on the menu. Appum was not especially fresh or good but that was forgivable considering how great everything else was. Pricey but worth it.

Great food - try the Dutch fish curry, and the Jewish fish curry. Also super service - We arrived near closing, and they reopened the kitchen just for us!

Good food. But terrible service if you are not a white person. I had to ask more than thrice for a glass of water. White customers are served on priority and treated very well, Indian customers and people of colour, be prepared to be treated like second class citizens at Fusion Bay.

Have good ambience for a great meal. Loved the interior of the hotel. It's was so amazing to see the lighting inside. And have fresh cool air always to remember the feeling we got it from here. I recommend everyone to try once if you are visiting fort kochi. The staff are all good and served and behaved very well. And the restaurant provide very quality food with reasonable price.
