I don’t know why people are giving bad reviews. But we had excellent customer service. He even opened the store on a holiday just for us because we didn’t know it was holiday. He packed it all up and spoke very courteously and explained the process. Great service!

I recently sent food items to my brother in Austin USA. The food items were well packed. The staffs were very polite and humble in explaining things. The parcel to Austin USA reached safely before it was expected to reach. We are very happy with this team. I truly recommend this service.

People working here are arrogant and majorly lack customer service. My parents were sending packages to US from past couple of years, recently when they went one of the employees rejected the aadhar card photo copies they gave and asked them to get copies from a specific shop. Really? They don’t accept shipping things like hair buns and don’t provide valid explanation while rejected any thing.

They lack one thing. Customer oriented mentality. When there are other better international shipping service companies, there is no need to depend on one that is real bad at dealing with customers
