The room and the services from the staffs were good.
I don't know why the management is not providing chairs for the reception staff, I have got a very bad impression.
Dental kit could have been provided.
Rest everything is fine.

Good staffs, the manager was so helpful in arranging early check-in and the stay was nice for our group business trip.

The stay was good. The Breakfast options were also good.

The rates of the rooms seem to be on the higher side compared to the other similar hotels. It might be because its close to technopark.

Rooms are good and worth for the money you pay. Single rooms are similar to that of ibis with little space. Service is good. Breakfast is okay. Internet is bad.

The Rooms here are costly starting Rs 2000/- excluding breakfast for Double occupancy and 2400/- including Food. It's costlier than other Premium Hotels in Trivandrum where you get Budgeted Rooms with complimentary Breakfast.
And Rooms are not up to the Mark.
Kindly check other Hotels also Dears while coming to Trivandrum.

Very neat and well managed property. Even the attached restaurant served delicious food with personel touch.

Am a loyal Ginger customer in other cities. In Trivandrum though, it's Poor service. Bad restaurant and service too. Rooms and beds are neat and efficient. Just the problem is the people staffing the place. Disappointed.

Value for money. Food is good. Everything is good except the front desk. Always preoccupied. Not very professional. Restaurant staff is extremely helpful and polite.

Small but clean rooms, clean toilet, ample parking space and too close to Technopark. Even though it is known as budget hotel, actually it is not. Overall good hotel with value for money.

I’m not sure how others gave 5 star rating for this property. It is so untidy and you can get a sense of it as soon as you enter the hotel / room. The walls are broken and dirty, beds pathetic.

At any time, they are definitely not cheap. The price is never lower than 2500 and am sure for this price you can find better properties.

I checked in and checked out within few hours, after they could not give me a room with no cigarette smell.

They don’t deserve to be part of Taj or Tata brand.

I think a decent place to stay around Technopark. Though it's a 3 star hotel, rooms size is a bit small. But it's clean and neet.

Not suggested for people who really want a 3 star stay experience. Like every other Ginger it works on the no frills budget friendly model. The rooms are a little congested, house keeping is done perfectly. I loved the fragrance of the soap they provide.

Clean rooms, quiet and comfortable. Two stars missing for two reasons. 1. Poorly litted room, look like a bar since they use low lux warm lights, horrible wifi i ever find on hotels, the basic reason is that the want to sell the wifi bandwidth for a premium rate, so basic wifi is kept pathetic. Else I could have given 5 star rating for it

Good stay and a nice service. House keeping service was very good and they provided great service.

Poor service. WiFi doesn't work. When you complain they say will get back in 15 mins. No response even after 10 hours. Breakfast start time is 7am, but the breakfast is not ready until 730am. They change time as per their convenience. Rooms are like pigeon holes. Front facing rooms are noisy with traffic sound throughout day and night

Super place to stay. The rooms are bit small. But good enough to stay. Rooms were clean. Food is awesome. Best customer service.

Very unhappy with the rooms, price and the quality of food. Food did not seem fresh, the rooms were not maintained properly and found them overpriced for the service they offered. We had to change the room as it was untidy and the bed linen was not changed. We got a decent room later, but the rooms were tiny, and had an old feel to them.

I have been in this hotel for 30 days, well maintained, complimentary laundry is appreciated and breakfast are good, only have limited tv channels, which is not good, staff's are well behaved. Overall good.

Good hotel with all the facilities. It is almost a luxury hotel. So expect such a rate. When I stayed, it was close to 2000 Rs per day for a room for two. If you have enough money to stay, it is a good place. However, the food is overpriced here.

Basic and clean. The breakfast spread is minimal but sufficient. Easily accessible from airport about 35m drive. The staff are friendly.

Good ambience, nice food and comfortable room. Single rooms are not much spacious. Wardrobes, refrigerator, tv, ac are the main amenities.

The attitude of the front office people should be improved drastically. They are not showing the passion as the brand is offering, instead they are very egoistic. Not happy with this attitude

Good hotel, but check in time is fixed this is some what disturbing if somebody plan to check in early morning.

Stayed here at about two weeks and it was nice. As thus stay was part of corporate booking and got a single room with air conditioning and TV amenities like bath towel, tea, coffee milk powder, drinking water etc.breakfast was complimentary and it was good overall. 3.5 out of 5

Except food other services are very good. Rooms and everything are very clean and comfortable one. I won't like to suggest food there.

Experience was okay. Food was not that much nice. Hotels in trivandrum have stars and high rates only. They do not keep sincerity in food.

In close proximity to Technopark. Rooms are pretty small but good. Can accommodate 2 people. Complimentary breakfast and WiFi available for 2 guests. Food / Room service not up to the mark
