Girassol Serviced Villa

Visited this week with freinds nd had a very bad experience they are cheated customers by showing good rooms through whtsap and I booked in advance with paid advance double twin room in 6k and there is pathetic condition of room and room door lock is broken, when I ask for repair or change the room they will demand for extra money or said you can canceled the booking. And patches seen on the ceiling spider web cockroaches and insects all around can be seen inside the rooms and washroom, fungus smells on furnitures, no resturant facilities. This is very old nd local property, I never recommend to anyone.
Only swimming pool part was good

Had been at this place for a couple of days. The place offers good parking space for customers, a swimming pool to relax and few places amidst greenery which can be useful for pic buffs and customers in general.
All the staff are well mannered. We had their complimentary breakfast for a period of 2 days, but it wasn't that great. However, it's a great place for stay in Vythiri & one can definitely relish the peace and soothingness the nature offers in the restaurant surroundings.

Very bad experience at this villa. The room was not good for which it was 6k per night. The room door lock was broken and when we said them about this, they said to cancel the booking. And if we take any other room it will cost more like this they said. Not recommended anymore.

A good weekend destination with accessible from vythiri, decent food, pool, garden and more of it premettan the manager

Room and washroom condition was pathetic, there were cockroach, insects, hot water was not coming, AC was not working, breakfast was not at all good. Per night cost is exorbitant compare to the service and rooms they are providing, images and previous reviews are not depicting the actual reality.

The ambians was good. Neat clean rooms. Their service was amazing. Budget friendly resort. Pool was amazing and neat. Special regards to prem kumar.

Nice and pleasant stay. Had super fun in swimming pool and billards board with friends. Nice service from Mr. Prem and Mr. Vasanth.

The rooms were comfortable and there were games that kept us entertained. We had lots of funs in the pool. It was nice experience.and specially the services was given by premettan was excellent

One of the best resorts I stayed In Vythri. The pool was great. Breakfast was great. Location was okey.amenities was great. Overall its a great stay for a budget friendly resort

Nice hospitality and room service is best. The resort is located near to Pukhath lake as well.

Especially, the manager @ Vasanth was very friendly to his guests and management is nice.

The resort is near to some scenic view point.

Cons:

1) Need to maintain proper power backup. Some times, we experienced some power fluctuations.

V. Good location, managers (mr Vasanta and Mr Prem) are mature people supported by young staff (Nepalese), very cordial, willing to help, if you want something, they will try to arrange. They have a v. Good buffet breakfast.

It was a pleasant stay at Girassol. Friendly staff got good service. Kid's friendly. Special thanks to Mr Vasanth for the hospitality.

It was really amazing experience staying at resort. It feels like home, as we booked for 9 rooms, almost we occupied for whole resort and load on staff was too much.
But the staff handled it perfectly, especially Prem Atton and staff did it really very well.
We are really pleased with the service and hospitality done by girassol resort.
One advice as the rooms and hotel location is on hilly region.
So need to do some lift or escalator for taking the luggage to the room.
Thank you very much, will visit the resort once again for sure.

Its was awesome location and we enjoyed our day well, The entire hospitality was very good, we are much satisfied, hygiene rooms and tasty breakfast made more happy. Customer relation supervisor is took very good care.

Very bad experience.the pics were taken on the day when the resort was built and the current conditions are pathetic.the management is bad and also the game section are outdated.the pool too, very unclean.only the breakfast was good and the north indian staffs also good

First of all the resort was nothing compared to photos we received.the overall structure and gaming areas were Very outdated.and also the pool which was very unclean.the room has recent visit of insects and worms.the exhaust wasn’t even working in toilet.there were recent power failures too.also the resort had free WiFi, but the range was limited so we couldn’t use it.overall waste of money.completely regret it.

The managers were so accomodating and kind that we felt right at home.would definitely recommend the place to everyone, and the pool was definitely an added advantage!

From the point we checked in till we checked out they never failed to suprise us with their hospitality. The stay, cleaniless, breakfast was all upto mark.

On our request, they had arranged a traveller to pick us and drop us back to our starting point. Unni uncle was our assigned driver. His services were remarkable. He made us feel safe and also took us to places on time. If it wasnt for him, we would have missed our train.

Special mention to yazin who helped us with all enquiries about the booking and stay from the beginning. He was with us throught our journey as a guide and a friend.
Cant forget to mention mishab, who helped us with everything, in arranging our stay, the bbq, the trek and more.

Both of these people were with us through out our journey making it memorable each second. Moreover, their friendly approach made us all comfortable till the very end.

We chose girassol as a getaway for a day but returned with bunch of memories more than what we had expected.

Affordable stay and good breakfast.
Staff is also good.
Just a request to the team: Need to give more attention to the cleanliness. Proper maintenance is advised.

Worst experience, hot water constantly running out, insects are running all around the bed and room, very badly maintained rooms and play area, late breakfast, frequent power failure

I had some great experience in Girassol serviced villa. It is really a nice place to visit along with friends and family. The property have well maintained rooms, furnitures, gaming spots, swimming pool, parking areas, outside sitting area etc. In this I'm little disappointed about the snooker table that it was placed wrongly in a congested area. Their customer service was so nice. The food they provided for the free breakfast was delicious.

Rooms were poorly maintained. No wifi avalibility in rooms. Breakfast counters opens only after 9 am only. Dangerously wired electric appliances in rooms (photo attached). Poor hot water avalibility. Only one good thing that we can say is the swimming pool, that seems to be neatly maintained.

Don’t fall for the online reviews available on this place, our two night after was extremely unpleasant, such an un maintained place for the infrastructure they carry.

location is easily reachable from highway, views from resort is awesome, resort is clean and fresh, swimming pool is clean and safe for any age of people.roof top restaurent, delecious food, calm n quite resting areas in resorts gives diffrent experience.staffs are so humble n coperative.and great place to stay with our friends and family as well

Service is very poor and maintenance also disappointed.even in power cut at mid night and not even started generator or inverter. We stayed in dark dor 1 hr.

We are group of 20 member family had the nice enjoyment in this resort. We stayed here for 4 days. Really friendly environment. They do real good hospitality. I don't have any complaint to mention here.

Prem is one of the senior staff working in the resort made our stay very comfortable like staying in home.
Yaseen is another staff taking care end to end starting from booking till the end of our journey. Also they help us for van and transport. No need to worry about food. They are arranging good tasty food from their own restaurant. Overall great experience.

Everything was wonderful and caring prem Kumar (customer supervisor) specially he takes care a lot.a very good human being with kind heart

We had a good stay with vehicle parking, good breakfast, swimming pool, view and Ofcourse with Premakumar constant care.
