My wife and me chose Glam to make us look good for our wedding, and they sure delivered. Great professionals, I highly recommend them especially if you have a big function coming up. They are well equipped and their interior is relaxing and spacious. I’m a very happy customer:)

Had a wonderful experience. The staff (Ali) was well trained and patient. I had to get a hair cut and beard styled and i am normally fussy about getting it done right.

He understood the need and styled it just right.

While the facial was adequate, there is certainly room for improvement.

I asked for a facial for sensitive skin and the extremely minty face mask was too strong and very uncomfortable that I had to ask for it to removed early. Once you have a face mask applied, you are just left alone in the room for 20 minutes. It would have been nice to have a bit of a neck or shoulder massage during that time like other salons do during that mask time. This was especially frustrating as I had just been left alone for 15 minutes with an additionally added face mask at the beginning of the facial. No ambiance in the room- how about some gentle relaxing music? The room itself was cold and I had to ask for something to cover myself while waiting for my face masks to dry. There is no lock on the room door when you change into the robe they provide. Another beautician walked in during my facial and had a quick chat which was unprofessional.

It’s a lovely salon but it has potential to be better with a few small touches.

One of the best haircuts I've had. Nabin took great detail in his work. The Mani Pedi was pure relaxation.

I had done manicure (some nail extensions) and pedicure from this saloon on August 2022. Almost I spend 8000/- bugs. They used very local products and the day itself my 2 extensions got lost and one of my nail polish found not finished. That day itself I had contacted them via whats app and shared the nail photos with them, so the lady who is handling whats app told straight away without apology she said "come tomorrow again" for refilling and the payment is 1180 she added. Sounds very disrespectful. Then I was shouted at her and said this is not the way of treating customer and this is how you have done in my nails. The next day I visited the so called Saloon and asked them to do it again and left without paying single cash. They didn't even ask because they know it's their problem. I am not recommending this saloon to anyone. The price is very unfair altogether

Good ambience and service! Thanks to chechi who served a cup of tea. There i see large No.of staffs creates fast service, advantage so the worker can concentrate on the client. I showed her 1 pic of the hair color I wanted and she did better than expected! Two thumbs up for her!

Operates limited number of hours, outdated treatments, prices unjustified. Moreover, the tone of the receptionist - a femalen is very unfriendly - in case a service isnt there are better ways to communicate the same to a caller than an outright NO & call drop. Not suited for luxury brand

So Professional and hygienic, the management staff so nice and the hairdressers are so talented, really worth! Everyone should go and take the service!

Great customer service (I am from Dubai) and desperately needed a beauty session after a week in Cochin before heading back. They were great from hair to nails and excellent prices too! Thanks guys!

I went for an oil massage today and was thoroughly disappointed. The service card says 30 min which it seems is including hair wash n drying time which is rather strange. It means the charge for a 15 min massage is 1000 rs! All other major salons hve a massage time of 30 min and then hair wash and dry. I also felt the service was lacking and so though I had planned to do threading as well I stepped out without doing so. My earlier visits for facial was good but today was a disappointment

The salon is very spacious and has a calm ambience to it. The staff are talented and always take care of my hair needs, especially when I consulted them for my severe dandruff and they significantly reduced the dandruff within weeks. I'd recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for a salon to meet your needs.

While it is great for spa services such as waxing and threading, stay away from hair dyeing. The stylist was an inexperienced male and completely ruined my hair. Made it orange when I asked for caramel brown. I had to go back home and colour it back to brown, waste of my money. When I asked him to fix it, he said to come the next day and pay extra. Anyways good salon, just wouldn't call it a hair salon.

Taken prior appointment and reached after confirming the time.when reached asked to wait for one hour very very poor and disappointing service

Bad experice.and prices are they are charging very high.very dispponted. Manager also not customer friendly.she will never pick up the call.
