Very good destination for staying with famly and friends, resort was so good and clean and also echo friendly, stafs are very friendly and their foods were so good…

My recent stay with family was very unpleasant in Glendale after paying almost 9k for 2 nights. Rooms poorly maintained with doors not closing, no cupboard, no proper chairs or table, hot water, depend on solar, take your own brush tooth paste etc, no manager available to sort guests issues. No food options. Cost paid by me was no match to poor service and rooms. Felt cheated and sad. Biju.

I recently stayed at Glendale Holiday Homes and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The free wifi, parking and breakfast made my stay very comfortable and hassle-free.

Please read this review, Owner will ask for settlement as soon as you check in, please do not pay, we made a mistake by paying and the service post that is very bad, such poor behaviour. He will not even pick ur calls.
They promise you dinner and breakfast which is veg and non veg, but they end up giving u only non veg (partially cooked), and they said there is no veg, cook has left for the day, they said this at 9 where even if u try going to town, most of the veg shops will be closed.my friends who were vegetarian had to sleep empty stomach.
The tea which they served was also very bad and cold and they called it tea.
Bathrooms had no locks which is a concern when u r traveling with female friends.
I would never suggest this place to anyone.
Please be aware.
Do not book this place.
You can book better places for a little more money.

My experience at Glendale Holiday Homes was nothing short of amazing. The facilities were top-notch and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

My stay at a cozy home stay in Kerala was a truly wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary amenities such as free wifi and breakfast made my trip stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kerala.

I can't recommend the holiday home I stayed at in Kerala enough. From the comfortable rooms to the delicious breakfast, everything was top-notch. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming

Charged us 3k per night and owner didn’t bother to reduce the price although I see that it’s barely 2k a night. Almost nothing works, no hot water, gives us a dongle that barely worked for Wi-Fi, there were slugs in the washroom, the facilities were all either broken or not working. The place is beautiful, but not worth how much they charged us. 1.2k would be apt for the stay.

My stay was in October 20200 It's a worst stay of my life it's totally unhygienic i don't know when was the last time they have cleaned the rooms.we where provided dirty soiled stained dusted bed spreads and blankets.there are no ambience here.please don't get bluffed by the picture which they have shared on Google and other booking sites6.i recomend to choose hotels inside City limits rather.

We booked a cottage for six people here for the weekend, but one day before our arrival, the host of this place called us saying he was relocating us to another stay, due to apparent elephant attacks. The place he was relocating us to was not worth the amount we were paying.
When I called in from a different number he had a different story all together. Clearly this was a business tactic to earn a little more than possible, very dissatisfied with this place. Don't trust his words till the last.

This review is Just to make people aware how homestay's guys misleading people by uploading pictures using filters.

Recently myself and my school friends booked this stay for 2 days, but when we reach that place it was shocking for us that the place was too dirty and bad smell was hitting our nose.beds and bedsheets was stinking We asked to spry some room fresher but when the guy out there bought agarbatti as a replacement for room freshman which was even more shocking for us. The so-called homestay has a door's without basic locks for that.
While booking they told that they have WiFi, swimming pool, campfire etc. But all this was only for sake of booking in reality nothing is place.

@Homestay guys as a suggestion Please maintain the place with frequent cleaning so that you will get good bookings and reviews.

Really a nice place to stay-inn it really makes you feel connected to nature and the food is very homely and over all it was a decent experience!

Don’t Go. We booked for two days. Because of trafic we reached the place like mid night 3AM. We have already informed that we will be coming late but when we reach there the place was locked. We called like 100 times no response. The road tho reach this place is the worst of all. Only one car can go at a time. We booked this place and we stayed in the car on the road with no lights and safety. Even more early morning came an another police van asking us to get back. We were driving all the way down this path on reverse in mid night. See people are trusting you and booking atleast the least you could do be responsible by picking up calls even in mid night. Instead of putting you phone in silent and sleep.
