We had an amazing experience at Glow designer boutique. We came for engagement lehenga and wedding gown, both the outfits looked incredible. Our customisation section went really well with each and every details. The designs shows the replica of the outfits. So we got an idea of the dresses. Everything was perfect espically the colour tone we had chosen, it came the exact tone as we prefered. And the stitching and handwork created extra amazing look to the outfits. Overall our experience at Glow was superb. Great work designers and have a great success ahead.

My wife ordered a sari and blouse from this boutique for our baby’s baptism, and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. We paid 10,000 Rs.for the outfit, and the problems began when we received the product just a few days before the baptism. To our shock and dismay, the boutique had completely changed the color combination, ignoring the specific color my wife had requested.

What added to our frustration was the lack of communication and transparency throughout the process. Despite my wife’s multiple requests, they failed to provide a single picture of the product before sending it. This lack of visual confirmation left us feeling uneasy about what to expect.

To top it off, the blouse they sent was painfully small and did not fit properly. The entire experience was marred by poor customer service and a lack of attention to detail. Our baby’s baptism is a cherished moment in our lives, and it’s unfortunate that this boutique did not meet our expectations in any way. We would strongly caution others against using their services.

I purchased my engagement and wedding gown from Glow. Since I work abroad I did my consultation online and gave measurements online according to the staff’s instructions. I tried on my dress yesterday and it was no less than perfect. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to my designer Vishnupriya. She did an excellent job. She made my experience really pleasant. Highly recommended. I came to Glow the designer hub to customize my wedding reception outfit with loads n lots of doubts. But once i shared the little ideas about my outfit with the designer and when they gave their ideas literally all my doubts and confusions vanished and that was first stage. Second stage is trial, like any other bride i was also so so so tensed and at the sametime exited but you guys are unbelievable, you surprised me with the fit, finishing and quality. Hi everyone, i have never ever experienced such an BAD EXPERIENCE from any of the boutiques like this, my engagement was fixed on august 3rd, i booked my dress from GLOW HLOW THE DESIGNER around JUNE 3rd, at the beginning i thought i was so happy that i contacted them, but let me tell everyone if you have any chance please dont order from this website, they promised me they will give the dress by 28th AUGUST, on 26th AUGUSTthey called me and said it will take 2 more days, they said no need to come to shop they will courier on 30th OF AUGUST, i got the dress on 2nd AUGUST early morning 2: 30am.i opened and it was very pathetic as it was not the colour i choosed and the design, quality of the cloth was very very bad.i paid 15K for this dress, and when i asked to take back the item they said its not refundable.i lost my money and also last moment i was running for my engagement dress to buy.
I REQUEST EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU THERE SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD, THIS IS THE EXPERIENCE I GOT FROM THEM THEREFORE NO ONE SHOULD GO THROUGH THE SAME WHICH I FACED.

Im really glad I went with Glow designer hub for my engagement day. I had previously stitched a gown for my brothers wedding and I was completely satisfied by their service which made me entrust them with my Engagement gown. From the start itself they were very cooperative both online and offline. They responded to my queries and suggestions as soon as they could. I found Glow- The Designer Hub from Instagram. I was in search for my Fixation Gown, Engagement Lehenga and my wedding gown.
Initially my thought process was like to use three separate boutiques for each dresses.
I found Glow's Instagram page and contacted them. Within 1 hour I got a call from their Kothamangalam branch. They suggested me to go to their Ernakulam branch which is nearer to my house.
So, the next day I went to Glow with my parents. From the bottom of my heart, I'm telling you that their collection is absolutely beautiful.
I went there to stich my Fixation gown, but I asked them to customize my engagement lehenga and my wedding gown too only after my first interaction with them!
They were just amazing and it was like a dream come true. All the dresses were perfect fit and received many compliments.
Hats-off to the entire team for making this possible in a short span of time and also special shout out to designer Anju who helped us through the entire process with her ideas, designs, color selection etc. The level of craftmanship is exceptional in the case of Glow. All the designers are very creative and knowledgeable. Shopping here is always a good idea because of the great designs and the best quality! You will keep coming back for more.

Very bad exprnc. The color which i selected for lehenga was peach and stitching was done with majenda thread and there was no compensation for that.
