Located just near the pothis. Visited the restaurant for lunch. We could select a buffet lunch or A la carte. The buffet lunch costed 700 per person and variety of dishes were available. Overall I felt the food was good but had to wait for a long time to get the food.

Its a great choice for business and leisure travelers.rooms are clean, spacious. Foods are tasty. Good Breakfast.

Been there for an interview. Friendly staff. Good parking space.clean and well maintained area. Kaloor metro station is the nearest. Ernakulam town railway station is in walkable distance.

The room is big but it has no carpet.it is a tile floor. The electrical connections are old to accommodate the latest chargers. The bathroom is way too uncomfortable for a bath even though the toilet room is big and useful. Breakfast is good.book with breakfast as it is worth the price. Have good car parking too.

Prime Location- Next to pothys. Rooms are quite old but well maintained. Room service is really not up to the level.

Room was quite good but not for the rate also the washroom tap was damaged main door locking system also not worked once overall not a good experiance.

Went for dinner buffet at this place. The staff are very polite and friendly, good service and the food is very tasty. The price is worth for the buffet they provide. The chef stays along and explains the food items in detail. Very good ambience too!

Visited once, compare the online price they charged high, breakfast is average, room is very small, overall will not suggest to stay, go for backside convention centre rooms, which is big and rates are low compare to sarover group

Rooms were pretty small.lot of maintenance required like head shower was leaking, furniture looks old, bed lambs cover were torn and smile was lacking from staff. Frontdesk attend made a good impression.

Food not great. Buffet was not great. I went to have lunch around 1: 45 pm and most of dishes were empty and also not hot too. Not worth a try.

Been staying since 2010, Best hotel in terms of Food, room space and maintenance. Near to North station.located near metro Kaloor. And prime area of Ernakulam.

The hotel is located on the main road and is very easy to locate. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious with all basic amenities like refrigerator, coffee-maker and toiletries. Cleanliness is top-notch. The beds are not the “super-cozy” types and promise you a good sleep.
The breakfast platter is ideal and provide both Indian and continental spread. The food from the kitchen is also quite delectable. I would recommend the fish delicacies like fish biryani and fish curry to everyone.
Now coming to a few improvements that need to be done. The TV needs to have atleast few hindi and English channels as well; the one in my room had only south Indian channels. Secondly, the no.of charging points needs to increase in the room. For someone travelling for work, charging the laptop and phone at the same time may be a headache.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Maybe, the shortcomings would have been taken care of by the staff if I had requested; but then, I didn’t as they weren’t much important to me but could be to others.

I have been alloted room at the convention center of Gokulam Park, it dose not looknlike 4 * hotel, very disconnected from main building, and ldiferent treatment to the boarder for convention center

A nice weekend and office function and dinning area. Mostly it will be use for MNC companies for weekend functional activities.

Good place, good service. Except one of my colleague found out that among other dishes Boiled egg was stale (yolk was grey) and they immediately replaced with fresh ones (yellow yolk).

One of the best 3 star property in the heart of the city. It's a convenient location for business stay and family stay also. All staffs are experienced. Well maintained property. Rooms and bathroom are very hygienic. Food quality and taste is above avarage. I will recommend this place. All the best team gokulam.

I had to conduct a small session for 20 people at Gokulam park in. The hotel has numerous halls to fit the size. I got gayathri hall and it was good. The hotel serves food in the hall and the breakfast was ok. Idli was little hard but coffee was good. The settings were ok. The seating arrangements were excellent too. We all had lunch from the restaurant and it was excellent. I would suggest everyone to taste the buffet lunch at Gokulam park in. It’s awesome. Though after the road construction work infront of the hotel, accessibility from the front is a problem but we have another entrance from the side road. Once it used to be a busy place but after the road construction work and blockade, the approach from the front is little difficult. The halls and the restaurant are good and staff is also well behaved.car parking is also not a problem once you enter the hotel.

Had problem entering the hotel because of the construction work Just in front of it.so had to find an alternate entrance which takes us behind the hotel.

Rooms and food is very good, but no hindi channels are available in the room only free news channels can be seen

Loved the place and the amenities offered is quite good. Certainly a place to spend with your family and loved ones. The view offered from the hotel could have been better.

Some staff in morning shift act like they own the hotel and they were disrespectful to us. No issue with night staff

A nice place to stay. Food & room service were very good. Rooms were spacious & very comfy. Only drawback was a malfunctioning AC, which the team desperately tried to rectify. All in all a gr8 place to unwind.

Located opposite to St. Mary's royal enfield showroom. Ideal for conducting marriage ceremony, stage shows etc.
