Golf View Hotel and Suites

Wow! Amazing one of the best hotel in this Island. Their hospitality services are also good, really well. I am highly impressed with their services. Property is decorated nicely. Rooms are comfortable and hygienic.

Due to COVID most of the facilities are closed down, so no Spa, No Gym, No facilities. But the Front office treated nicely and was very supportive in all ways.they extended their support in all that my parents had requested and also mine.

One of the worst hotels.very very rude staffs and management is of no use.this hotel not worth at all

I'd stayed and chosen the hotel for transit to Munnar. Reached late night at Kochi from Mumbai with family and for overnight stay booked the hotel.
It's quite nearby to airport. Best part they have complementary airport pickup so no hassle to looking for public transport.
Found the hotel room near n clean. Not luxury but decent enough. Room service was good and prompt. Breakfast was not so great. As you travel (vegetarian) to South, sometime getting your appetite is a challenge.
They had kept all my docs and reservations in tact while checkin and thus it was a smooth transition from reception to room.
Good comfortable rooms with clean washrooms. The only challenge I'd faced (not with hotel) but with Ola. With Ola money they would not go. I'd pre booked the cab but first thing they asked about how to make payment; Ola money; the driver cancelled the booking. But then spoke to one of the cabbie and he agreed for the drop to Munnar but on private booking and not on Ola and cash payment. It was though cheaper than Ola.

This is not about my stay but about a transfer that was accidentally made to this hotel as it was listed in my payee list from a stay three years back. Mistakenly transferred 4k and it's been three months I have been trying to get my money back which is not even legally theirs. When I called they said they have no funds. They should have my money which is not theirs to keep and they are making excuses. Unprofessional and ridiculous excuses by the finance lady. Be careful here

Very very bad customer service, reception and manager also very rude. Better not book this hotel

We, around forty Indian Navy veterans along with spouses spend three nights at the hotel as part of our annual reunion Memorable experience.

Hotel is situated near Cochin International Airport Ltd, rooms are clean and hygienic, room fair is not high.

The 24-hour check-in/out works well and the close proximity to the airport is real nifty. The room is quite comfortable and the bathroom is good and kept clean (there's a bath-tub to have a good soak), which is welcome. The restaurant offers good options (had the chicken spring rolls, paneer makhani, lovely layered Kerala Porotta, delicious aloo jeera and soft fluffy phulkas, some onion pakodas and sweet corn soup.)
Which now, unfortunately, brings us to the house-keeping, that, I'm sorry to say was a super let down. We tried and tried calling them multiple times to get some batteries for the remote and they neither came nor answered, even when we asked the reception to follow up. It sure was frustrating and took away many points from an otherwise good review score. Considering we were there only for one night and still faced this, doesn't look good. Hope the management works on this aspect and ensures others don't face the same problem. Thanks.

Only plus-clean rooms. Poor service, so so food. 11 PM total close down. Despite best efforts couldn't get drinking water at 11: 45pm. Staff couldn't help us get a taxi. On the whole not a happy experience.

Good hotel and also their service. There food and meal are also good. It is nearer to the Cochin international airport.

The worst hotel in and around airport to stay. Service is horrible. Not maintained at all. It’s more like a bachelor’s lodge than a family/executive hotel. The manager is clueless about reservations which he personally dealt. I will never suggest this hotel to anyone.

This place is very close to the airport. The rooms here are very good and spacious. The room fare is not that high. The food here is amazing and have reasonable prices. We had to spend about 7K INR for 4 people, two nights stay and this includes food (dinner-breakfast-dinner-breakfast) bill also.
Staff here is very welcoming and helpful.

Budget luxury hotel 10mins from Kochi airport. Neat and clean. Good food options in bar n restaurant.

Old rooms. No basic amenities in room.i. E.hot kettle, tea bags etc. Bit highly priced for a mediocre stay

The morning buffet is good and the lady waiter there is extremely friendly, kind and provides excellent service

Its located on airport road.convenient for airport. Rooms were stinking due to non operation.breakfast was nt at all warm.quality of breakfast is nt good.otherwise staff was cooperative and good.

Rooms are good and spacious but appears to be old. Air conditioning was malfunctioning. Room service is okay. Located near to the airport but 25 km away from the city. Overall good.
