They have very good collection of accessories, cosmetics, fabric&etc.etc. They have every thing you need. Which is great.but their CUSTOMR SERVICE is PATHETIC. Goodwill was my number one go to shop for every cosmetics or jewellery needs and I used to refer to all my friends and families for their marriage shopping.but not anymore. Goodbye Goodwill!

I bought cosmetic products, and the product was of good quality, but thing it's quite costly

Wide collection of jewellery.but poor customer service in such a way that the employee who assisted us was not at all interested to show the items.

Everything is overpriced. But the most irritating is the staff in the cosmetics section who follows you everywhere and has no concept of personal space

No idea why it is so overpriced when the accessories of same quality are available at local stores at one fourth of their price. Has a wide range of collection but the price is in no way reasonable

Such kind a worst behaviour from the security guard. Very much disappointed with his attitude, will lose more customers with such kinda employees. With this cant enter the shop

Have been a regular customer here for about 12 years now. They offer nearly every high end brand of make up one would ever want.from L'oreal to Colorbar to Faces Canada.
So if you are hankering after matte lipsticks or nail lacquers or decomodogenic foundations and concealers, this should be your destination.
They also have quite a collection of fabrics on their upper floor. You might find colourful georgettes, nets, silks and heavy embroidery fabrics. Cottons are sparse.
Their only con is a lack of adequate parking space. And THAT, in my opinion is a HUGE con indeed!

This has been one of the commonly visited stores any time it comes to purchasing any cosmetics, skin care products or accessories. This time though, I was a tad bit disappointed with the collection here which seemed to be limited and overpriced, especially when it came to accessories.

The staff is friendly, but can definitely improve when it comes to customer focus, specifically in the accessories section on first floor.

I use to be a fan of goodwill but not anymore. I had gone to get few jewellery and the staff who assisted me had zero idea of about any jewellery. Anytype we ask his go to answer was not there. Got so irritated and left. The bangles i was looking for was 250 in goodwill and same i got outside for 80 rs. The exact same. The prices are so unreasonable and this is the last visit. Not going to go there again, when we can get same products in mariya, pride or any other normal place. NB: i am not promoting any other place. I always use to recommend this place to any1 who asks but now its not worth it.

Good for imitation jewelry. Branded cosmetics are available.but everything is so unnecessarily costly. You will get same products in a reasonable price in many shops.

But the store is located in a very congested area and parking can be an issue. So better to park car on main road and then approach the shop.

It is good place to buy cosmetics at Thrissur. Parking is slightly concern especially in evenings, however security staff will help you to park

Very good collections make up items for kids and ladies.huge collection, high quality, new trends, all included at quality affordable price.

Excellent place for shopping fancy items. But less parking and at times crowded. One have to be little bit cautious while corona period. Highlight is one can get almost everything here.

Majority of the collections are outdated.if you have patience to scroll through, you may find selections which are good and value for money

I don't find kundan jewellery in this shop. Some times there is no stock in colourbar counter. They keep only newly launched products. If we go asking for sane product, its not available. All Staff are not much attentive to our needs to show products.

Great collection of rold gold jewellery collection with helpful stuff. They also have good cosmetics collections.

Lots of collection. But rates are high. Some salesmen are not much appealing.the way of attending customers not very much pleasing. Parking is another issue. Very little space around there.

Used to be THE place for jewellery shopping. But their collections are deteriorating each day and they should probably catch up with the latest trends in jewellery collection or fail miserably. But their third-floor cloth section is really good

Turned out to be a big fan of goodwill.it has the widest collection of all kinds of earrings, make up items, hair accessorues and lotss more. The cost is on a higher side compared to the rates for the same available in local markets.easily accessible as its located in heart of town
