They are big zero on the commitments. Please don’t go to this irresponsible team. Over the call they committed to do the stitching.based on that same day I have traveled from Thrissur. Once I reached they are saying they are bsy & don’t have time to do the work. Irresponsible team.

Good service and the product was much more beautiful than expected. The colour chosen was very rare and was disappointed with many other online sellers. Here also, the material was unavailable. But they somehow managed and stood with us to fulfill our wish. And the output was superb cool. Thank you so much.

I designed dress for my wife and baby for my baby's first birthday function. Gown was not fit for my wife. The gown was really loose.when we told this to the designer they started to justify their side by saying that it is the material problem. (The material is one of the most expensive materials from a branded shop). I talked with the designer they told that they cannot do anything. We also ordered a bow and dress for our baby. It was not done according to our design. So I don't recommend this boutique. The designers are not professional. The material was so costly and they ruined it.

Unprofessional attitude towards customers. Irresponsible attittude. I made them stitch a gown, showed the reference picture. But the stitched item was entirely different from reference picture. Dress was not fit for me. I told them to rectify the errors, but they replied me that it is the problem of the material, not the stitching. Material is worth Rs900 per meter and I gave them 4 meters to stitch. They ruined the material. They wasted my time, money and energy. I wont recommend grace boutique.
