The place was so beautiful and the stay was amazing. The view of the hills and tea plantations was breathtaking and the pool too.was good. The host took care of all our concerns and it is a family friendly place with safe environment.

Went with family. Beautiful location early morning is a peaceful wake up. All luxuries are available amazing tea estates are visible from far far away. There is a sit out different bedrooms, privacy available. All facility and workers are very obedient. Deep and Jyoti were helpful for us and Pramita was very docile and would come wen necessary and also gave plants for us which are way more worthy.

Cottage was good with open view.food is not provided.can stay and enjoy with friends and family.parking space is available.better place to stay for nearby sightseeing places

View from room was awesome and the host was very warm and helpful. It was a complete home like stay where host was ready to help with anything and everything needed. We loved the stay.

An enjoyable home stay. Friendly and helpful hosts. Very accommodating of our requests. It is nestled in a beautiful location in the midst of tea estates. The map is quite accurate.

Would recommend to go for sure.
The only con is you will find a few bugs in the rooms but that is part and parcel of living in such a location that's so close to nature.

We had a nice stay here amid green tea estates and a forest kind of thing. We were in Daheela bungalow ground floor. Owner/Caretaker Prathibaha madam is cooperative. They can prepare food and also near by Tasty and Misty can offer good economical food. The rooms are large clean and comfortable.

A beautiful peaceful place to spend your time out from all sorts of city noise amd pollution. This holiday home is the best in Vythiri for budget families. I took Deluxe villa house with 2 bed room and attached bathroom and common balcony with good privacy. It costed 3k per night for one family amd 6k for 2 families. There is a tea estate opposite to the home and you cam have misty morning walk and have a glimpse of Chembra peak from there. Children will enjoy this location as it is safer and adventurous. Care taker here is very helpful. Currently the kitchen is under construction and soon food will be provided in house. Swimming pool construction is about to start. ️ Even though few locations of the road to access this home is slightly damaged.this is worth to spend your time and relax from work stress. Tea and coffee will be served based on request to care taker for free.

For break fast and dinner you can order food in Taste and Mist restaurant No. 1 Malabar restaurant who is the only one delibering food tothis home.but make sure you order the food 1.5 to 2 hrs before as this restaurant is mostly busy. I don't recommend lunch parcel from here for TN and Karnataka toruists. Breakfast and lunch are vera level.

This was the first property I booked based on the previous posts, but after been there in person, I couldnt plan my stay there, here are my observation, this property is the midst of tea estate, very hard to reach there as literally no road, once we reached there, we were disappointed to see the rude behaviour of the property caretakers. Their attitude was such that if you want stay else you can find a better place if it doesn’t suits you.

Stay at Green Garden holiday home with my family was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a peaceful and serene environment, it offered beautiful views of the tea estates and provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The staffs were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Overall, my family and I had an amazing experience. From the comfortable accommodation to the beautiful location, campfire, barbecue, and small swing, everything was truly top-notch and exceeded our expectations.

Enjoyed the stay at Green Garden Holiday Home. Villas are well furnished and very well maintained. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Offered home food was tasty and of reasonable price. I strongly recommend this place if you are looking forward to have a pleasant stay amid of estates to enjoy the serene beauty of nature.

Be careful, if you are thinking of staying in this property. Lady care taker is lousy, whose job is to rob people. One such incident happened with us too. We booked a villa with 4 rooms. One of our kid used the toilet and complained that flushing is not working. There was some blockage in the toilet. By evening, rooms were full of mosquitoes. When we complained about it there, they started accusing us that we had blocked the toilet for some reason and blamed us that mosquitoes were due of our mistake as we left the windows opened. That lady did not pay any respect to the family and started shouting loudly. It did not end here, the morning was even worse. When we were about to leave after making the payment, she locked the the main gate of the homestay and we were asked to pay Rs 2500 for the repair of the toilet. When we denied, the lady started threatening us of consequences and came to hit us. It was so horrible, specially when you are with your family.
This is their way of money laundering from the guests. I am not sure how many more guests would have been victims of this.
We booked this property after checking very good reviews but it seems all these reviews are paid or written by the owner and his family & friends. This place is not safe at all so I would never recommend anyone to even visit this property. One night stay in this property has spoiled our complete trip.

Best place to stay in Wayanad. Best supporting staff and especially the care taker chechi was so kind and sweet. Suitable for both Friends and family.
Authentic Kerala food for best price. 100 percent recommended.

Stay was Excellent, Neat & Clean Home stay.

Owner & Care taker Mrs. Prabitha mam was so kind and prepared and gave us Kerala style food - delicious and tasty. Room service was done on time and listed dishes available.
Mam helps & guides new comer to plan & visit Wayanad places. She has good contact will arrange Jeep facility for staying people. (Keep Full day package ₹3,500)

I recommend this home for people those who are looking for real Home Stay with Kerala food.

Horrible. The caretaker was very rude and screaming at us and so many problems. There were so many mosquitoes on the wall, the bedsheets was torn, flush was not working. I advise not to go there at all.

The place and the stay was too good, Personalized attention from the Owner/staff who are on call even late into the night. The best place to be in Waynad.
Aunty was so friendly and checking and helping us on every small thing. View was too good and place was worth staying for.

This is just amazing stay in the midst of tea estate. Probably the best place to enjoy waynad beauty. Our caretaker hemant was very humble and polite person. Home cooked dosa was really good at a very reasonable price.

The resort is awesom. The hospitality and staff were awesome. Food was tasty. We enjoyed a lot. Everyone was really helpful.especially my kid enjoyed alt. Thank you so much for services you provided during the stay. We are highly recommending this resort.

We booked this property online for 3 nights. We had a lot of expectations, as the details were promising. We reached here by night and while we were checking in, we spotted many large spiders, a praying mantis and a flying cockroach in the rooms. When asked about it, we were told that it is common in plantations. There was also a wet smell inside and fungus formation on the ceiling. The location of the property and the service was very good, but they could have maintained the property to get rid of such problems.

We loved the atmosphere. We had a great time here spending quality time with friends in this awesome ambience. Food they provide is also something great. The family who is taking care of all these things is simply amazing. Big thank you for all the love. Lovely people and lovely place. Highly recommended

It was a really nice stay. The villas were clean, hot water was always available and they really took good care for us. They took care of all our requests and the view from the room is so beautiful. You can see a tea estate.

There is no second thought when I think Wayanad. Highly recommended.

Campfire and cooking also permitted and there are necessary arrangements for that.

This place is located nearby to choondal town, wayanad. Good place, good atmosphere, nice views. Beautiful natural view, good service. It's nice to enjoy your holiday. A nice place to enjoy gettogether in a different place. But cottages are little bit closer.

The staff is friendly, the house is overlooking a tea estate and is extremely pleasant. The prices are reasonable. The food is delicious. Overall, it's an amazing experience. Would definetly visit again

Good place to stay. If needed you can get cooked food from here itself. Which tastes good and price is reasonable comparing the effort taken to drive to a hotel. The service is also good. Kind care taker.

The area was very mesmerizing and we had a great experience. Everyone was very polite with a great behavior.

Salu am dhis wife prabitha who stay on the property are a wonderful couple. Their pleasant smiles and hospitality adds all the more charm to the property.
