Its like a lodge not a best place for honeymoon couple and children.food is worst.rooms look like older and not clean.it is not even budgeted hotel

Wonderful stay, they have maintained the rich classic old culture and wooden furniture is adding top notch elegance. Cleaned and most hygienic rooms, spacious washrooms and a good swimming pool. One of the best places to stay in kalpetta.

I have stayed in this property for a day with my wife and son. The Property is nice. The staffs are really good especially Mr. Rashid, he has guided the places for us and also speaks so gently and politely with the customers.
The Only problem is the taste of food and menu options. Only Dosa and Poori was available and the taste was not upto the mark as expected.
The rooms were clean with good balcony space to sit out.
Barring Food, The location, property, hospitality and behaviour of the service boys, and all the staff is 5/5.

We had a lovely 3N 4D stay at the Green Gates hotel. The greenery really does come out at the site, its wonderfully well covered in green, lovely ambience, good spacious rooms with balconies, great breakfast and dinner spread, large pool to dip into and lots of indoor games for the kids to be busy with.

Located in kalpetta, it is also good getaway point for all the sightseeing locations in and around Wayanad.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely want to check out their cottages in our next visit.

Super atmosphere created in resort.bit need to maintain the. Facilities. GYM facility is superb.almost all machines are available. Buildings are old.if it is renovated it will be a best resort in kalpetta.

We had a great time as a family in the this resort. Very close to kalpetta with all shops near by, inside resort It was an excellent experienceof scenic beauty. The hospitality given to the guest is highly appreciated. Manager and staff was very good guided for sight seeing and also arranged for cake for my daughter's birthday, all the staff joined for celebration. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for budget stay with star hotel ambience.

Ayurvedic spa, super experience, really relaxing, soothing and calms all your muscles down. Sabin chetta did an amazing massage, which also helped me calm down my mind and body!

The ayurvedic massage given mr.sabin was really good and awesome treatment.
Had abhangam (body massage) sirodhara, podikizhi, stretching was really good.could recommend for all our friends circle.

Good resort to stay with the family and friends, nice ambience with swimming pool with friendly staffs

We booked the AC cottage for 3 adults and our stay was terrible. The place was smelly with spider webs and the bathroom was very dirty with slippery floors and leaking taps. The extra bed for 3rd adult was basically a cheap foam mattress which was noisy. No water or towels provided by the hotel as well. This place is not maintained and the swimming pool looked green from the algae. I would say it was a total waste of my money and time. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Very beautiful resort. It's like a old heritage type hotel. Resort has so much plant and indoor games swimming pool, swimming pool for children, swings, area for tea and coffee. Rooms are so good and beautiful. Cottages and tree houses are also available. It's a very beautiful resort.
Staff is also good and supporting.

Swimming pool is the worst in the world, all of my friends foot have been cut due to displaced tiles and very shallow pool not worth, Poor food and not a good ambiance.

Very nice place, nice food & rooms also, very nice owner also, free minded person, safe for families, lovely place, will definitely visit again.

Good Hotel in the main area of Wayanad. Rooms are nice. Food is also good. But there is very little options for veg food.

The floor of the swimming pool needs maintenance. The tiles ripped off may wound you. Otherwise the ambience is just superb.

Very Good atmosphere, excellent service and Tasty Foods. Overall We are completely satisfied with Green Gate's Hospitality. (Cottage, Pool, Gym, Snooker etc.)

Really good ambiance. More suitable for family. We enjoyed our time over there. Good service by the staff. The cottage rooms are so good and full of greenary around the resort. The swimming pool is very nice. Breakfast was complimentary with many items to eat. I should recommend anyone to go along with family will have your best stay.

This is totally not safe for women or girls.
Their treatment is very poor and unethical.
My wife and friends went there 6 of them. They said they can only enter pool by renting the clothes given from the hotel, which was not written or mentioned anytime or anywhere there.
The staffs give false looks at them making them uncomfortable. Totally not recommended for family and woman. 3rd class place

A beautiful property offers a scenic and serene atmosphere to have meetings or stay. This is an ideal hotel for both meetings and pleasure stay. Located close to Kalpetta but maintains a great atmosphere because of the woods planted.

Beautiful resort in an awesome place. Full of plants and trees. There are lots of indoor games like chess, table tennis, carrom board. Also there is a home theater, spa and a gym too. Need to carry polister dress to have the pool.

I don't recommend this place to any one.we were having a bad experience.bad service, need to wait a lot for food, need to carry polister dress to have the pool.they won't be telling us about this restriction.it's their business trick to give the pool dress for rent. Mainly the manager don't know how to deal with customers.realy bad experience.

The rates are too costly, the property is very old and all interiors beds bed roll everything needs an upgradation.

Beutiful introverted homes in the middle of the city. Its cozy vintage and romatic place they also have a swimming pool, spa, gym and conference hall, the also have little attractions like bamboo hut they have 'okay' work support from their staff nothing that intreakek us but maybe it is because of the covid situation going on but it was perfect for a day to spend with ur kids and family.

Green gate is one of the pioneer hotel in Wayanad. Nice ambious and good restaurant. Staffs are very cooperative.

It has been one of the most pathetic experiences staying at green gates. We paid 22k for 3 nights during the new year time. The room given to us were unclean, stinking, the walls were soggy and smelling. The person at the receiption was rude when we told him that the room conditions are pathetic. Pillows were torn, fridge was not working, exhaust in the bathroom was not working. The spa room was stinking too and unclean. The food options are very limited- not at all worth the price paid. Only few interns working there were good n helpful. I would never recommend this place to anyone because of the low level of hygiene maintained.

Great place to stay for a day.

Didn't stood upto the hype. Although the location was great, the amenities were quite basic in nature. But the ayurvedic spa and the western spa are something you can look forward too. And yes, the best thing, was the food they serve in their restaurant.

We stayed for 1 night and we were sleeping on a bed which was like a rock literally.they were not at all customer friendly, and people were cleaning outside our cottage from 8am onwards. The sound of the fan was horrible and its better not to mention about the washrooms. In total except from the view theres nothing to say about our stay. (my friend's opinion)

The hotel premises is the best for the price paid. You get good room service. Food quality needed to be compromised on. The best part is the massage parlour. Mr. Clinton is the best person for spa you have.

1.facilities in room sucks (Fan doesn't work, no bathroom slippers, no refreshments in room and no toilet paper)

3.paid 5000 for one day, not worth the quality of service.

One of the best hotels in wayanad.once you enter the property it feels like you are inside some forest it is covered with lush green. Service, maintenance everything is just superb.
