Was here from September 3 to October 31,2021.
CONS: daily problems with lack of electricity and wi-fi. And this is for 60 days of my forced stay there.
Mosquitoes are in large numbers and bite very painfully.
The room was cleaned very rarely, in bad faith. Dirty floors, old furniture, dust. But the humidity in the room is especially terrible, from which even my foreign passport became covered in mold, but I also breathed mold spores, and this is very harmful! In the bathroom, snails crawled through open cracks, crawled around the room in huge numbers and left their excrement on tiles. Huge spiders entered the room. The area was littered with plastic garbage, bottles, and rags in huge quantities. There are also water otter rats in the river itself, and according to local stories, if you swim alone, the rats will attack and there have been cases of people being dragged under the water. The pool is old and not used, turtles and aquatic long-nosed mice live in it, poisonous toads that bit these mice died, and then the long-swollen, decomposed corpses of these mice floated in the pool and no one cleaned them up until the toads and turtles ate the remains mice. On September 13, after the Nasyam nose drop procedure, my sense of smell completely disappeared. I had an insurance policy, so I told Harsha Kurup and his wife Suguna Kurup that I was worried about this and maybe I should contact the insurance company myself? To which Harsha said that he was a doctor himself and would solve my problems. However, the sense of smell did not return on September 14,15,16, or 17. All these days I persistently asked permission to write to the insurance company myself, especially since the insurance company itself would have paid for everything. But neither Dr. Suguna nor Harshe gave me permission. I asked repeatedly that it could be a coronavirus, to which they both answered that it was definitely not. That most likely this is a reaction due to the oil, they say everything will go away on its own, the sense of smell will be restored. But on September 18, on the sixth day, I no longer asked for permission, but turned to the insurance company, which sent me to the hospital, where I took a PCR test.and I was diagnosed with coronovirus! Do you understand? ! What if I didn't go to the insurance company? What if, due to the inaction of the Kurupovs, I had developed a complication, because time was lost! Since September 13, I asked to be allowed to write to the insurance company and take a PCR test? But Kurups both told me that this is definitely not a coronovirus! I regard this as criminal negligence and unprofessionalism.and after that I decided to interrupt the treatment, because I no longer had confidence in these Kurups. I stayed with them for 10 days. During these days, Suguna, his wife, the doctor, came only 3 times and then from afar for five minutes. I was all alone. And with constant problems with Wi-Fi and electricity, it was unbearable. The Kurups didn’t even write to me on WhatsApp how I was doing. So I paid for all 35 days of treatment, but only 12 days passed, then for 23 days I asked for a refund of 92,000 rupees. Kurup promised to return them, gave dates, then changed the dates, citing the lack of clients, then other reasons, stalling for time. In the end, he never returned the 14,000 rupees to me. Harsha Kurup told me terrible words just beyond good and evil, literally: “I don’t owe you anything - not a single rupee! I suffered losses because of you, because you got sick with the coronavirus and because of you, other clients canceled their reservations. ” That is, it turns out that it’s my fault that I got sick! And he and his wife missed so much time when I could have taken the test on September 13th! This is incredible impudence! That's what he said, I swear to God! This is theft, I can’t evaluate it any other way. In the evenings, massage therapists caught turtles in the river and ate them - and this in an Ayurvedic clinic! Coconut trees grow throughout the area and customers' heads are not protected from falling nuts. Also, during my observation period, my bed linen was never changed! They never carried out disinfection or cleaning! But this is supposed to be done according to coronavirus protocols. I was trapped for 60 days, since by law you cannot change your place of residence on a medical visa.

When i visited.
I visited after 2018 Kerala flood so the place's some portions were effected. And know it's overcoming.
The place was peace and silent. And the stay was beauty. It's situated at shore or chalakudipuza river. The parking space available. Free Wi-Fi is available.

I don't recommend this place to anyone.it's terrible.avoid it.don't believe the pretty pictures.reality is terrible

The doctor and harshajeet are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. You get a total mind and body wellness cleanse here. Soumya chechy makes the best food! Our room was clean and we were given anything we needed/requested. Even when we had an outside critter in our room during the middle of the night, Mr. Harshajeet came in to help us with that situation. They have truly built an oasis here. There is so much of greenery and beauty. My masseuse, Sminu, was very kind, on time, and she took such care with every treatment. I enjoyed the shirodhana treatment the most. I feel much better and the shirodhana helped calm me a lot, as I deal with anxiety. I highly recommend this place for amazing Ayurvedic treatment. Thank you to everyone at green gram for such a wonderful experience.

Best place to detoxify our body. Staff are very friendly. Food is very delicious. Rooms are very hygienic. <br/>Best place to get cure for all our inner and outer problems.

Very relaxing stay, felt completely recharged after a long India trip. Clean rooms with air conditioning, WiFi, and bathrooms; some of the best food we had in India (India has the best food any way) ; excellent and friendly service; the ayurvedic treatment is very traditional (may not be for everyone) ; and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended if you want to to escape the hustle and bustle of city living.
