Green Land Spice Garden

This review is overdue. Awesome little tour! Tindu is a very lovely person and knowledgeable guide. I learned so much is such a short amount of time. The garden is beautiful and the cardamom I purchased from them tastes amazing. My favorite part of Kumily!

I learnt so much from the knowledgeable guide about names of and uses of the many different spices, fruits and herbs. It was wonderful to see papaya, banana, avocado and pepper growing in the trees.
The guide spoke fluent English and was able to answer all my questions. I bought fresh cardamom from the shop and will look forward to cooking with this when I return home. Thank you for sharing this beautiful garden with tourists.

Really enjoyed our visit. About an hour guided walk around their lovely garden with the owner who was great and so informative. If you like cooking with spices and wondered how they grow this is a brilliant place to visit. A recommended short excursion while you’re staying in Kumily. Get a tuk-tuk and the driver will in all likelihood wait for you until you are out and take you back to Kumily.

Very friendly welcome in this pretty garden: complete explanations, cool atmosphere. Wide variety of flowers and spice plants, which can be found in the shop which also has an Ayurvedic medicine section.

We visited Green Land Spice Garden today and were given an excellent tour by a very knowledgeable guide. Beautiful and varied garden with a wide selection of spices and decorative plants. Well worth seeking out.

Not worthy 100bucks. They promised 45mins showcase but didn’t show much plantation in December month. Staff was not much communicative in English who later took us to their shop. They just wanted earn money by fooling customers. Also I think they have tie up with jeep drivers who intentionally took us for his commission.

We really liked this lush, diverse garden! Tintu shared her widespread knowledge about herbs, cultivated and wild plants with us. There is also a shop where you can buy a variety of spices. We enjoyed it a lot!

It has given me wonderful results after long time i m seeing my hair is growing.however i needed to re -order few things.i remember they were saying i can order it n Dey could dilever at any location.plz someone reach n help me if i can order online

Such a beautiful place! Wonderful - with all the plants, spices, the fragances and flowers i felt like in paradise.and the people were extremely friendly!

A great experience to visit this magnificent spice garden. We were lucky enough to have a private tour with the owner (4th generation family owned) which lasted about an hour. He’s really passionate and explained a lot of interesting facts to us in a perfect English. We were able to smell and taste a wide variety of spices and fruits from his garden and to admire beautiful flowers. Nice little shop with home products at the end. Highly recommend.

If there is anything more than 5* I would have given that. Outstanding place with great service. Must visit place for people who loves to know or taste authentic spices.

The spice garden was nice. The guide explained us everything propperly and was well versed with it. Good knowledge. The products of ayurveda they sell although are expensive. No doubt they are good, but are expensive.
