Fake hotel.they accept bookings from online booking sites but they don't provide rooms when u reach there.very much bad and worst experience

Hotel is not good not maintain. Dirty rooms. I will not suggest to stay here.

There are so many much better options near by in same or less than price.

Good room with all basic amenities. Breakfast was delicious. I had stayed here for two days with my family and their service is excellent and helpful to us. The location is beautiful and calm area. I suggest this hotel to my friends and family

The hilll view hotel with good ambience and amenities. Climate was not cold but it feels like spring in south india. The view from balcony with cup of tea was awesome. People working there were friendly. Then about amenities in most of the room have fan and wifi is very slow and then in cafeteria, food here is not recommended other than that they gave oyo soap kit for bathroom. They provide extra bed with mattress. Overall budget hotel and best for family's stays.

Booked with oyo rooms. Nice and clean rooms. Have to climb a small hill from main road. There is no dedicated parking space and no restaurant.

The staff is helpful but the place is not at all well built or maintained. The bathroom stinks badly and the false ceiling is broken here and there. It is better to have food outside. The location is not convenient and you must have a car in order to commute to the center of the town or to any other good restaurant. We had booked a single room with an additional bed but on reaching we were shown that there was no space for any additional bed in the room. We had booked through OYO rooms so after much discussions the manager arranged an additional room for us with a single bed. The room was lacking in amenities but we were grateful for the arrangement.

Good for bachelors and not recommended for family. Booked through oyo and the images were of when they had started and now it's not the same. Lot of maintenance due to do and when told to the management; they said they are going to do. So things might be different from now on. Staffs are ok and helpful.breakfast is just a name sake.
The location is ok. But it's 9kms away from Munnar. So if u plan for multiple days; then u need to travel to and forth more often. Hope things chance and the friendly nature of the staffs I gave 3stars.

Good stay. Read a lots of negative reviews and was a little sceptical about the stay when I reached. I went on a heavily raining day, but the room was neat and there was absolutely no bad odour. Room was neat and cosy. There was a good view from the room. Breakfast was good. They have their own kitchen and pantry area unlike what is written in most of the review. The staff are really helpful. Only downsides I found is:
The places to visit are a little far from here and the geicer in the bathroom is just one litre, which can be a little troublesome if you are visiting during winter.
