The apartment was spacious, clean and tidy. Except the washing machine all the amenities are available. And the care taker was polite and well informed about the whereabouts.
The only bad thing regarding this apartment the road to leading to this apartment is too narrow and steep.
Otherwise it would have been ideal/perfect stay for this price range.

Comfortable rooms with all the conveniences we need, including oven, toaster, kettle, induction heater n the iron. The rate is slightly on the higher side though.

Dear all i found a place in trivandrum with all ambiance, i mean good place to stay with family, good atmosphere to stay for any official work it's really awesome it's really a home away from home that's what I felt specially to the care taker and host they really treat u well be in your mind when reaching trivandrum and staying it's a wonderful place to stay with all facilities

The place is great if you don't own a vehicle. The actual accomodation is really good and well maintained. The access is a narrow nearly 45 degree angled steep road downhill and sharp turn to either side depending on whether you are going to the accommodation or its parking. The accomodation has tiles laid on the drive way and poorly planned steep and uneven surface on drive. If you are daring enough it is ok.

We had a wonderful stay at this place.location is perfect, room are specious and CLEAN, staff is very helpful and polite (Sunil), well maintained property.
One thing is narrow road to enter the apartment.
But other services are 10/10.

It was good and comfortable stay. Very good management, only issues is you have to walk 20 metres from a road. But the hotel can arrange for auto and other transport.
Stay is perfectly dine. Food must be ordered or parcelled. No food options or restaurants. Nearest food spot to have a tea is nearly 100 metres away.

Exceptional place! To get a budget-friendly stay like this with all the amenities was beyond amazing.looking forward to stay again.

Room Facility, Hospitality, View, etc are Good except one disadvantage is narrow roads to their hotel. It would be all perfect if the hotel was in a spacious place, But still, the Hotel Rooms are Value for Money

I and my family had stayed here for 3 days in the 3 bedroom apartment. Only 2 bedrooms are bath attached and had ac. Wifi had very less connectivity. The second issue the place can be visited only in small cars. The road to the property is very narrow and steep. Luckily we didn't take our innova and took wagon r instead. The apartment is very modern and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is excellent. We will definitely will visit next time.

Everything here is out of the world. Best place for the price. Convenient, clean and just enough for a traveller. Spacious apartment.

The place is very good and feels premium BUT if your car is bigger than a sedan then it will be a task to go to the apartment. The way is very narrow. Other things are very good in shape, beauty and feel.

I never thought that I would have to move from house to another place to quarantine due to the excess cases at home. When even our relatives shut the door, I had to resort to hotels which I found was all the more difficult as they have centralised AC. Thats when I found this amazing place which is affordable as well as completely provisioned in a manner in which you are be isolated with no dependencies. The staff is so wonderful and accommodating. I wish more and more resorts and hotels come together to help families in need during this pandemic.

Situated at the heart of the city, this service apartment is clean and with all amenities which you would need. Food is not provided but with all the online food delivery service available, you wouldn’t miss that.

Perfect stay. But please be careful if you are coming in fourwheeler. Its very difficult to drive to the narrow space.
