I got my hair coloured here and it was an amazing experience. Ms Rinku did a wonderful job by helping me choose the right colour and treating my hair with care and expertise.

Before my session started, I had informed the staff at the reception that the haircut is for a family function, and even enquired about booking a slot on the morning of the function for touch ups and hair styling. But the staff I got for the haircut was inexperienced, and was not at all receptive to the particular ideas I had for my appearance. The language barrier was one thing, but him refusing to listen is another story. In the end I cut my session short, and visited the branded Salon next door. Even though that was significantly costlier, and even though I get that the staff has to practice somewhere, I didn't want to risk it.

Good service, cleanliness, good satisfaction regarding the service and the procedures they are following.i did keratin its very satisfactory. Especially I liked the staff Rinku.

Went in for a hair treatment. Staff is nice. Service is ok. Got a junior staff who had to be told what products in what order needs to be used and so on. Didn’t have much experience. It’s a decent place to go to get a hair cut.

Bad experience from the branch- I had called the branch for checking the availability of Pedicure service for 2 persons- and as they confirmed that they can do the same, we reached the branch and had to wait for 1.5 hrs and end up doing for only one person - They even tried to compel us to go to another branch even after confirming the availability via phone

Fraudulent service. I went for smoothening service and they took the charge of keratin treatment. And they don't provide a bill after repeated calls. Though Mr. Ranjit (front office) promised that he will watsapp immediately the bill. Two days on and still waiting. Please ask for a bill after the service before paying up.
