Our stay at this place will always be cherished. The location of this place is excellent that we get to enjoy the scenic Beauty 24*7. The rooms were clean and persons were always helpful and available. All the food that we got to have were delicious. Special mention to Mr. Aravind who was always available and helped us to have a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this place. We wish to visit this place again in future. Thank you.

The homestay is inmidst of tea plantation and gives an awesome soothing view. Room was super clean and spacious. Caretakers were friendly and extermely hospitable.
The homemade food was really tasty and delicious. We had an amazing stay over there, highly recommended for others.

My recent stay at Gruenberg Tea plantation in Munnar was a delightful experience. The hospitality of the hosts was warm and welcoming. They were attentive to my needs.
While the location was peaceful, it was also conveniently close to Munnar's attractions. I would recommend it to anyone looking to experience the beauty and warmth of this hill station.

Positives: Calm and Quiet place, Surrounded by lush green plantation, friendly staff.

Negatives: I think it’s high time for them for a complete renovation. Had cockroaches in our room, broken shower pipes, very old bed sheets with stains, only two cars can park at same time.

If they fix all these I think it’s will be a good property to stay in calm and quiet area

This is a small resort with 5 rooms but perfect views in the mid of tea garden.
Mr. Arvind the caretaker was very friendly and courteous.
Staff is nice and always with a smile to help.

Views are mesmerizing right in center of tea plantation. The approach road to resort is narrow and little bumpy.

Views are mesmerising right in centre of tea plantation. But reaching here is an issue, narrow and steep and unpaved road.

The place has 5 rooms, and the views from all of them are gorgeous. There's a stream flowing right behind the house, and there are beautiful walking paths all around. And of course, 10/10 for the kind and responsive staff, especially Aravinth.

We booked super deluxe double room and stayed for 2 days. The views from the room n balcony were pretty amazing. Please opt.for super deluxe double room, if you are planning to stay. The food were pretty good and budget friendly. The hospitality was amazing and the staff was always ready to assist us. The weather, views, food, stays and everything were good. Please experience the wonderful budget stay in the middle of tea plantation.

Very pleasent place, wonderful view it's surrounding, very polite staffs and they taking care of customers, realy it is worth going there.

Its a beautiful property in the midst of Tata tea plantations. The rooms have great views, the tea plantation view rooms in second floor are the best as they have plantation view from the big glass windows on one side and mountain view from the balcony. You can spend the entire day in your room without being bored. The food menu is limited but apt and the food is yummy. The staff is cordial, special thanks to Mr Arvind. The property is very well maintained, a must visit one.

We stayed in Resort Greunberg for 3 nights of the April first week this year and had a wonderful experience. First, the location of the resort is stunning. It has calming and serine views all around. Second, the staffs are highly trained and experienced and we could feel a bond with them. (Especially Mr. Arvind) Third, we were having a perfect privacy as four of our families were uniting after around 3-4 years.
The resort is away from the hustle and bustle of the city and he were free from the honks of the city life. We were woken up by the bird chirps in the early morning. The open restaurant at the third floor is a lovely place to do a private party. The food was tailor made for us as we had kids too in our group of 12. We had a taste of the authentic Kerala cuisine from the restaurant. The care takers even took note that the food is not made excessively and wasted.
Balcony in each room gave everyone of us a relaxing coffee time in the morning and a sunset tea.
The resort staffs are highly friendly and were ready to do any kind of help like arranging a jeep safari, getting us day to day stuffs from the nearby shops too.
I would highly recommend this resort to everyone who needs a silent and a relaxed break from our life. For nature lovers, this is a heaven.

This Hotel Is Simply Awesome. Located in middle of tea plantation. Rooms are very nice and clean with superb views. Food is very tasty and they will make according to our requirements. Staffs are very friendly especially Aravind and Ajeesh.

Stay was good, location one side forest with a stream and other side tea plantation. View is great, room is fabulous, no AC, difficult during rains, can't keep balcony qnd windows open as water gets in too much. Menu is extremely limited and fixed, no special requests taken. Caretaker is very humble and nice. Always smiling and conscious about giving optimum experience to guests. Road to the location is extremely bad. U feel stuck as one can't think of going out qnd returning multiple times in a day. They say hot water is there, but it's not even warm. Overall we liked our stay as it was only 1 night and less time in room, more time roaming in munnar.

First of all, I am thankful to them for alloting me and my wife a room at the last moment. The room we booked prior to this didn't impress us and we were panicking to find a place to stay after reaching Munnar.
But all said, we weren't very happy with the way the staff dealt with us after that. Be it with helping us transferring our luggage to the room, to not keeping a kettle, tea bags etc (inspite of siting it to the room boy), the toiletries kept was for just 1 person. I asked the guy sitting at the front desk if he could get us a bottle of Pepsi, as they didn't have it there. His responce was that no one was going out. I told him that they could get it for us when ever they go out. Even to that he said that no one was planning to go out. For those who know the location the road leading to this property is a little bad and taking the car and going was difficult than taking a bike, which they had. I asked him if there was any shops near by and he responded no to it. Then me and my wife decided to walk and for our surprice there was a shop, 150 meters from the property, this made us feel really bad. This was a treatment unlike any that we have received anywhere.
All this changed when we got back from our walk. We met this guy named Aravind. He was too good in his behavior and responce. He changed all our ill feeling about the place from that point. The owners of the place are very lucky to have him. I would ask the other staffs to take some lessons from him. He is the 80% reason why I decided to give the property a 4 star.

Warning! DONT VISIT! OR ARRANGE FOR OWN FOOD!
I am typing this review while I am still in hotel, stuck here with no food. Ordered food at 7 pm for starters and I was waiting for it be served and as soon it was served I ordered meal at 9 pm but I was denied food and after so many request because there was no alternate way to order food I had to settle down with whatever food they gave. Very dissatisfied experience in Gruenberg.

Clean rooms. Decently maintained. Good ambience. Nice view. The path to the plantation is truly horrible, but unfortunately the road doesn't belong to them so they're unable to do anything about it. Limited parking availability. But all made up for by the great service and good food. Arvind will make sure that you're comfortable and settled in and is well mannered and efficient. Has a certain serenity and rustic feel
