When I visited the place, there was no appearance of a shop. There was a board near this beautiful house and it had the experience of a warmth that felt so good.

I met the owner of Hachi chocolates and she was very welcoming. A sample of the chocolate was tasted and, it felt surreal. The right amount of mixture, of both cocoa and sugar makes that chocolate melt right in our mouths.

The honey is filtered, raw and pure like a golden fluid taken purely from the flower's nectar. The owner has advised to use it within 2-3 months time since it is not heated like the honey sold at other retail markets, which means this honey is the real deal!

The packaging is super extra reminds me of the Willy Wonka Chocolates from the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory movie.

TripAdvisor has recommended it the 3rd rank as a must visit place in Thekkady. I, however suggest it as the first place to visit the moment you reach Thekkady

Normally I would go for branded chocolates, just because of it's quality and taste, previously my experience with local chocolate was very bad too.
But, this Hatchi Chocolate turned me down. This is wonderful, really yummy and tempting to have more. (I had much too). Kumily and Thekkady call me back not only to see the places again but to have Hatchi Chocolates.
