Loved the service. Biriyani parcels are quick during the lunch time. The alfaham comes with some rice along with the bread. Hand wash area is clean and tidy. Cashless payment option is also available!

Regarding' take out ', the first come first served policy is strongly suggested. I had to taste the 'at random, ' policy of the delivery section often. You pay for the food n await the ' mercy' of the delivery guys in the hotel who decide to whom n when they must supply the food ordered. While waiting for the food ordered i had often to bear their gross ridiculing remarks n purposely cause delay by chatting n joking. On Sundays for breakfast, if at all beef curry is available for 'take out' it is usually with cold water added n not properly heated.

Best place to have food in palluruthy they serve all kind lf south indian as well as north Indian cuisine.

Had good breakfast at very low cost. But dinner was not as good as breakfast. Friendly service

I ate at this hotel in the morning with my family. We have ordered dosa and appam&egg curry, worst food i have ever tasted. In curry all i got taste of Onion and food was like freezed. I complianted while paying the bill but he there just standing and his face is like. If you want you eat or else get out.

In my life i never had a experience like this. All around us are eating like as unresponsive, so shame that we are not rising our voice to this kind of cheating.

Biriyani was good bt porotta &beef curry onninum kollilla, beef curry yil beef te athe shape il onion murich ettokka, eni life il beef curry avidannu vedikkila, bad experience

Ordered Beef roast, (The curry was Coriander overloaded. Wouldn't recommend.)

The gravy as expected, was that of chicken parts: which is not an issue in normal circumstances; however, here, the gravy had unnecessary amount of tomato sauce infused in an unsuitable way.

Chicken 65 was nothing but normal chicken fry. I can vouch that the chicken was not at all fresh. It had that taste where you keep meat inside the refrigerator for more than a couple of days. I had to squeeze in some lemon juice on top in order to make it fresh.

Porotta, however, was normal. The service too was not friendly.

Overall, wouldn't recommend the place, except to those people who cannot find any restaurant in that area, or to those who can ignore the taste, and are desperate to eat anything during late hours in the area.

The restaurant is ok the food is good i like the porrotta and the chicken 65 of here its good and they maintained the restaurant neat and clean

The best hotel and heavy rush place.meals and biriyani is very good and the best hotel in palluruthi.

I can tell you would get the best alfaham from this place! For Rs. 120 you get a quarter chicken along with a small portion biriyani rice, Mayo, salad, mint chutney and cuboos!

Worst experience from here. They dont serve hot foods. I ordered 1 chkn 65 nd it was not fresh. I cant feel any good taste from that dish nd porotta is very hard.

Reasonable prices are the trademark of this place. Variety of dishes available at affordable rates. Best for evening tea and snacks. Staff is friendly. Hotel is always semi-packed. But there will be enough seats if you visit. A good place to hang out with friends in the evening.

Haco is the one of the best hotel in Kochi side, they providing tasty foods with love and care service. Their Biriyani is very tasty one and everybody should try this biriyani if passing through palluruthy

Worst resturant i ever visited. I went there 3 times and had breakfast because i had no other options. It was disaster all the time i go there.they add too much water in chutney and sambar and it was tasteless and they serve cold food all the time. Never going to visit here anymore

Best beef biriyani after b for biriyani. Their broasted chicken was not properly cooked.same with their fryed chicken leg. Food is very tasty please cook the chicken fried items properly. There staff behaviour is very rude (as if they are the only hotel in palluruthy).

Visited on a Sunday. Had 2 chicken biriyani, 2 beef biriyani, 1 half chicken biriyani, one bottle water and the total bill was 620 rupees!
Taste of food was ok. Biriyani made using Basmati rice. Quantity was enough. There is customers all the time.

Worst hospitality and customer service.
They even argues with customers. I have been going here only because of hygiene food. Otherwise we really think we should slap them.

Haco restaurant in kumbalangi vazhi, palluruthy is a popular small restaurant in the locality. I had ordered chicken biryani as parcel. Restaurant was well maintained to avoid crowd and they were continuously packing biriyanis for take away orders. Have good dining space also.

I got perfectly packed one which was fresh and hot. Every box had a salad packet and pickle packet.

I felt the biriyani was good and they keep mild masala. The smell of the biriyani was another highlighted feature I felt. Smell was awesome and reached meters away
They uses small rice for biriyani and it was well cooked. 3 Chicken pieces were placed inside. Quantity of a biriyani is also satisfied and will be enough for a person.

Overall it was good for price but not rating as a best one.
