Had done haircut twice from here. It's an awesome place and special mention to Vicky Bhai, he is very polite and professional.

It was my first experience doing hair cut from hair trix. The results were amazing, they did my hair cut exactly the way I wanted. I should mention the hair dresser Mr. Vicky, he did really good job.

Very poor customer care.they gave an appointment at 9 am and denied the service and was asked to wait for 1 hr. They have no value for their customer's time. They are the worst I have ever met in this field.

Very bad customer service. Staff is doing the eyebrow threading so fast, so that she can complete it and move on to the next client.and the finishing was not at all good. I won't prefer this salon for anyone bcz their service will not satisfy our expectation.

I have been a regular customer of this amazing place for more than 4 years now. They have never failed to surprise me with the quality of service they offer. Now, it feels just like visiting your friend's place once in a while.

My go to person for anything related to styling is Anas. He has a way to make you appealing infront of others. One just need to sit infront of him and watch him do the magic. He is a real artist in grooming. All my friends to whom I recommended Anas are also repeated customers of Hairtrix and Anas. He gives us the "Feel at home" everytime one approaches him.
P. S - His head and neck massage is pure gold! Do try that out.

I recommend Hairtrix to everyone who needs hair and face grroming. Do ask for Anas once you get there, you will not be disappointed.

Good option near by kakkanad. Now the rennovated the shop, so really nice and clean than before.

They just want to finish the cutting fast and get the money. It’s ok for normal hair cut, if you wish to cut it in a way that in your mind then find better place.

Good service. I did my haircutting last week. They do what we say, very perfectly. I am happy with the service. They have hair treatments plans there, almost all facial and hair treatments service there. Have a nice parking space which makes more comfortable for parking the vehicles for the customers coming there.

A good place for mens haircut near IMG junction Kakkanad. However, you will be better off communicating in Hindi since I felt that the staff was non-Malayali.

It's lost its old Glory. They used to be a really nice place but these days you have pretty new folks who are pretty shabby. When you run a saloon the expectation was that you would find a neat and tidy place with smart staff. That is however not the case today and there are many near by options.

It's a good saloon at Kakkanad. The ambience is good with Yellow interiors and air condition, waiting space for 5 people inside, parking for 5 bikes & 3 cars. The staff here is good and responsive and some of them would advise you the best style that is matching for you. A normal Haircut & Beard dressing would cost you 170 and you can pay with your Card here.

It's an excellent Saloon.

Regular customer here for at least a year or so. Affordable rates compared to similar saloons in Kakkanad. Usually crowded at evenings and be prepared for a waiting time of between 20 - 40 mins.depending on the crowd. They offer many other services like hair massage, facial etc.besides hair cutting.

Good interior design, TV available in waiting area, good service for 170rp. But not so good to mention.

Had a bad experience I want to do smoothening to my hair but I was not able to complete the smoothening due to some reasons because my friend was not keeping well so I have to go guy started to apply the first layer of cream only after that only I told him to stop the process and he told me that whole processing will take 1500 rupees so he only applied the first layer of cream and I have stopped after applying first layer of cream but he took 1000 rupees only applying the first layer of cream. He Exploited me.
