Staff with the character of criminals without any professionalism. The service charge is very high and the service is very poor compared to Naturals and Belleza. I don't know on what basis this organization got such a rating

Have waited 1 month to put this review. I had got keratine done; initially went for a different service but after a chat with them, I got influenced to get keratin done on my hair. Unfortunately, it hasn't lasted good on my hair regardless of following their after care advice. I have spoke to many people who had this treatment done in different places but all their hair had stayed smooth and straight enough for atleast 3-4 months the least. I am not satisfied with the outcome especially spending 15k (which is a lot of money)
Not complaints about their customer service.

I did my Acrylic nail extension from abroad and had to take off them because the started breaking off. The lady was really kind to me when i explained to her my situation and agreed to help me out. It was a serious process to take out but they were so dedicated towards their job. I am really glad i had my extension removed by them my overall experience was really good and the place has a really nice ambiance and good customer service.

Had a great time spending there on coloring and hair styling.
