Hamstring fitness center is the best in town. I joined 6 years back. I could reduce my weight and a lot more health benefits. Their personal training is great and i give a special mention for group cardio sessions which are regularly conducted.

The best and well equipped Gym available in vadakara. You have multiple professional trainers available and they do really care about your workouts and motivate you. Multiple group Cardio session are available which will help you to improve the stamina. More than anything else I liked the friendly atmosphere here.
