Happy Chips has limited parking, but the Watchman is helpful in finding a spot and is friendly. Unfortunately, the toilets are poorly managed, emitting a strong odor, especially in the ladies' section, lacking even a lock. The staff is rude, and though the chips are okay, the presence of insects was discomforting. The halwa is good, but the prices are high compared to similar options in Bangalore. The insistence on a fixed price per kg may seem unreasonable as they charge 400 rs per kg. Consider this place only if no other options are available; otherwise, there are plenty more shops on the highway worth exploring.
Good spot for a tea break. We stopped here on our way to nelliyampathy. We had tea and snacks. All were good in quality. They have toilet facilities. They also have freshly prepared chips and snacks. Anyone will surely notice this area when they pass through Thrissur-palakkad highway. It's just after the kuthiran tunnel towards palakkad side.
A nice place for having a refreshing Tea coffee with snacks. Atmosphere is good. Mostly they play Tamil songs at the outlet. There are a wide variety of snacks to try from. Some they make it there itself. The authentic banana chips is very nice and crispy here. Washrooms are clean available separately for ladies and gents.
Located in the highway. It's one of our regular stop for a munch. They have enough space for parking and people to accommodate. All items are fairly good with a reasonable price. Kerala Banana Chips, Halwa and special here. My favourite is their coffee and banana bajji (Pazhampori). Served hot and fresh. If you happend to travel through this highway do visit and explore.
When you are traveling from trishoor to coimbatore.this shop comes before the tollgate and they Making use of it nicely. They sold 1kg nendharm chip for 375 which is actually 250rs. These people are cheat. You will have many chips shops after tollgate.and they sell you hot chips.
Tea and snacks were awesome. But had a bitter experience with the guy who is giving tea. He is very lazy to wash and give tea glass hygienically instead he is forcing us to drink tea in one use paper cup. Management must take action against him.
Had a cup of tea with family while traveling to Pazhani. Good for having a cup of tea and snacks They are having a hygiene toilet while compared to the highway toilets for ladies
