We had your team for my brother's wedding reception at Tvm by end of december and it was a disappointment on the food, time management was excellent being there on time and setting up to serve the guests even being in a tight schedule. We had great expectations but starting with serving mutton, it was served very limited to each person until asked for whereas it was a clear instruction from my dad not to serve the guests until asked for and it was accepted by your team lead. The Kappa and fish curry was a main dish but many could not find it being in the salad table. It was very unfair. We believed in what you have agreed and promised and it was not done as promised by the marketing lead. When i mentioned this dissatisfaction at the end ofthe event, he said, " now the event being done we can tell you that the mutton has to be only at this qty even if it was 900 pax hence we have a method of serving" and as such which was much more frustrating. Worst part being tricky on the lineup of main course, hence new customers please take care how harvest team lines up the main course, the mutton was unnoticed at first as it was kept only in one counter when there were 2 counters with all other items and people tebd to feel the one is same copy and hence miss the mutton item. Please make sure the items with varieties mentioned has to taste authenic. Vegetarians were purely dissapointed with the taste of the food. Please maintain a quality food and non stingy serving style so that you can maintain a reputation in future. For the family it is a big event and we believe in caterers when paid such high amounts and assuring us quality service. New customers, please make sure you check, taste and get the same while you hire harvest. Hope my points would be well noted by the management for future events. Thank you.

Excellent service and good quality tasty food from Harvest. We had a function of 250 people split into both lunch and dinner, both catered by harvest. They were in it right from planning and it was neatly arranged with good quality food and professional service. Everything had been taken care of by them. None of our guests were disappointed. Kudos to the professionalism and quality of standards maintained. Will definitely consider them for our next function also.

Had an amazing experience with the group. Everyone absolutely loved it. We had an order for close to 930 people and they did include options for few of my North Indian friends who don’t eat (beef or non veg). Every single person had something great to say about the food and we had absolutely no complains. The service was the best part as there was no delay for anyone in getting food delivered and the army of people they had to get it done was the main reason for that. Their dessert counters were absolute hit with the guests. By the end of the event they had 3 more event orders for them which speaks volume of the quality and service.

From the first meeting to the final day of wedding, everything went really smooth and peaceful, apart from choosing the varieties that we should have in the menu.

Jobin bro was really the easiest to talk about our ideas regarding the event and he suggested the dishes based on our guests and their arrival at church, the convention centre, the time. It all displayed the experience the team has doing various events.

It was our second event with Harvest. The first being our engagement back in 2018. That gave us the confidence to have the same team back for our brother's marriage event. We had considered multiple choices for other parts like event planning team, the venue etc. But it was of no confusion regarding who should be the caterer.

Most of the dishes we chose based on our experience with them. Their softest and tastiest palappam, duck roast, beef thengakoth ularth, and biriyani was something we already had in our minds. Also their Tender coconut pudding was something unskippable from the menu. On top of all this Jobin bro suggested few things that went well with the kind of audience we were expecting at the venue. The crab balls was something we requested them for and inspite of being not available in the markets, the harvest team connected with Abad group and made sure that we had the thing available on time.

The salad bars, the dessert towers with almost 12-16 varieties of desserts.

The Biriyani served was as authentic as it could be, because the chef from Thalassery knew how to do it. And is among the best i had anywhere in this part.

And everything from the menu was of class an quality. Even the plates and the cutlery was of upper premium quality, heavy weight and had that feel when you dine in a premium.

The quality of each and every equipment used even the dish bowls had the mechanism to ensure that everything stays hot but not soggy and runny (which we had encountered in many other events where the curries and dishes were always blessed with steam formations above the lid).

We have already made them out default team when it comes to functions of friends and family.

We had a very pleasant experience with harvest trivandrum from initial consulation of the order to delivery, service and completion of it. We had a small function of 30 and i was skeptical if a large caterer like harvest would accept it, but the treatment was just like any large catering orders. The food was also tasty. Let me express my utmost happiness and gratitude for the excellent service of the Harvest group, Trivandrum centre, rendered during the Reception function of the marriage of my son at the Trivandrum Club. The team leader Mr. Jobin is a very gentle and nice person, fully committed to his work. He was very receptive for the suggestions of my wife for improving the quality of food. Such discussions had a very positive influence on the taste of food and the serving. The team was simply excellent and highly professional. They were very friendly and pleasing to the guests. The close monitoring of Mr. Jobin, during the function, is worth mentioning. The food was of excellent quality and appreciated by all. Many of them expressed their satisfaction, without being asked for. I did not come across any negative comments. I had the chance to have a comparison of the service of the Trivandrum centre with the Thiruvalla Centre, as the engagement function was catered by the latter, at the bride’s residence in Kottayam. Trivandrum centre is on par. I have no hesitation to recommend the service of Harvest group to my friends and relatives.
